日前舉辦據點志工研習，邀請信義新村社區發展協會黃明芳講師，以「高齡者靈性照顧」為題分享，說明長者心靈需求與陪伴技巧，並透過傾聽、同理及生命回顧，引導志工在日常服務中融入靈性關懷，提升全人照顧能力。

社會處長王茲繐表示，縣府配合長照3.0政策，推動健康促進、醫照整合與家庭支持等措施，並透過據點與巷弄長照站資源整合，打造完善的在地照顧網絡，實現健康老化與在地老化願

為促進社區長者身心健康與人際互動，金湖鎮山外社區近日舉辦「長者健康促進活動」，邀請社區長輩齊聚一堂，透過打牌與休閒互動的方式，讓長者在輕鬆愉快的氛圍中活動腦力、聯絡感情，也增進彼此交流。

活動現場氣氛熱絡，長者們三五成群圍坐打牌，不僅動腦思考、訓練反應能力，也在歡笑與聊天中紓解生活壓力。社區表示，透過此類健康促進活動，鼓勵長者走出家門參與社區生活，不僅有助於預防失智與延緩老化，也能增進社區凝聚力，營造健康、樂活的高齡友善環境。

旅居汶萊的僑領林明傑昨日返鄉省親，並前往金門大學拜會，由校長陳建民親自接見，感謝其多年來慷慨捐資設立清寒獎助學金，獎掖後進、嘉惠學子。前一學期獲獎的3位學生也特別到場，親手遞上感謝信，當面向林明傑表達謝意。林明傑也勉勵同學持續努力、專心向學，為未來發展奠定穩固基礎。

林明傑祖籍金門縣烈嶼鄉雙口村，為已故知名僑領、汶萊「丕顯天猛公」拿督林德甫的五公子。「丕顯天猛公」是華人在汶萊所能獲得的最高爵位，也象徵當地華人社群的領袖地位。林德甫生前事業有成，長年熱心華社與華文教育，積極投入慈善事業，曾捐資興建金門華僑之家，並多次捐助烈嶼地區各國中小學、寺廟及宗祠等建設，深受海內外金門鄉親敬重。

承襲父親熱心公益的精神，林明傑現任汶萊中華中學副董事長，持續投入華語教育推動工作。為鼓勵金門大學學子安心就學，他與夫人李明蓉以伉儷名義捐助成立清寒獎助學金，每學期遴選3名成績優異的清寒學生，每人頒發5萬元獎學金，希望減輕學生經濟負擔，讓優秀學子能無後顧之憂地完成學業。

10日上午，林明傑與同學林其中（烈嶼中墩人）、外甥謝志漢（新加坡籍、烈嶼庵頂人）一同到訪金門大學，受到校長陳建民熱烈歡迎。陳建民表示，自112學年度設立以來，「林明傑、李明蓉伉儷清寒獎助學金」已幫助13名學生，累計發放65萬元，對學生幫助良多。陪同接見者包括林明傑堂姪、金大企管系主任林正士教授，就業輔導暨校友服務中心主任呂立鑫教授及學務長董燊教授等人。

林明傑也特別致贈《高山仰止．典型夙昔：丕顯天猛公拿督林德甫的非凡人生》紀念專輯給校方留念。陳建民則回贈紀念酒、黑蒜頭與酸白菜等金大產學合作產品，表達感謝之意。

在學務長董燊安排下，114學年度第1學期3位獲獎學生，包括資工系李麗恩、觀光系葉鐘萍及國際系林苡媗，也到場與僑領見面並親自致謝。其中兩人來自印尼坤甸，一人為本國籍學生。3人表示，未來畢業後將盡力回饋社會，報答林明傑與李明蓉伉儷的支持與金門大學的培育。

當天交流氣氛熱絡，陳建民也當面邀請林明傑日後再度返金，擔任金門大學「僑領講座」講者，與學生分享海外打拼的寶貴經驗，激勵更多青年學子拓展國際視野。

台籍江姓男子今天將2隻購自廈門的波斯貓分別包纏右小腿、褲襠處，循小三通入境金門，企圖由尚義機場夾帶闖關赴台時，因「喵、喵」叫聲和「臃腫身形」露餡，當場被警政署航空警察局台北分局金門分駐所員警識破，將全案依違反「動物傳染病防治條例」移送金門地檢署偵辦。

江男上午準備由金門尚義機場搭機赴台，於通關安檢時，被航警發現身形異常臃腫且神情緊張，又聽到疑似貓叫聲，遭航警攔下檢查，果然於江男的右小腿、褲襠發現包纏了2隻奄奄一息的波斯貓，由於男子無法出示檢疫證明，查出2隻波斯貓是江男於廈門購得，再輾轉夾帶到金門。

金門港近日疑似發生夾帶貓隻闖關入境事件，有民眾將2隻貓從港區帶入國門，直到抵達機場時才遭航警查獲。對此，金門縣議員董森堡痛批，國門防疫與查緝形同破口，若連動物都能輕易夾帶闖關，顯示港區第一線查緝明顯鬆散，要求相關單位立即檢討岸巡與港區安檢機制，避免類似事件再次發生。

董森堡表示，台灣對於動物防疫與外來疫病風險一向採取嚴格管制，未申報動物入境恐帶來重大防疫隱憂。他質疑岸巡單位在港區是否落實查驗與巡檢責任，才會讓違規夾帶動物一路進到機場才被攔下，呼籲中央與地方強化國門查緝，也提醒民眾切勿心存僥倖，以身試法。

金寧鄉伯玉路二段勞工就業服務中心前路段於昨（9）日下午4時許發生一起4輛自小客車連環追撞交通事故，事故造成其中一名駕駛頭部受傷送醫，意識清楚，無生命危險。金門縣警察局金城分局表示，經現場酒測，相關駕駛均未有酒後駕車情形，詳細肇事原因仍待警方進一步調查釐清。

金城分局指出，經初步了解，洪姓男子當時駕駛自小貨車沿金寧鄉伯玉路二段往榜林圓環方向行駛，行經勞工就業服務中心前路段時，疑因未注意車前狀況或其他不明原因，先行碰撞同向前方由馮姓女子所駕駛之自小客車。受到撞擊後，馮女車輛再向前推撞由何姓男子所駕駛的自小客車，而何男車輛又因衝擊力道再碰撞前方由黃姓男子所駕駛的自小客車，形成4車連續追撞的交通事故。

金門縣政府家庭暴力暨性侵害防治中心將於115年3月21日至22日，在金門縣政府新聞發布室辦理「115年度社區防暴宣講員初階培力訓練」，即日起開放報名至3月13日截止。活動邀請社區發展協會成員、志工、鄰里長、社福單位人員、教師與學生，以及關心性別暴力防治議題的民眾踴躍參加，共同推動「零暴力、零容忍」的理念，打造安全友善的生活環境。

社會處表示，社區是防治暴力的重要第一線，本次課程將邀請專業講師與社工團隊授課，內容涵蓋家庭暴力、性侵害、性騷擾及數位性暴力等議題，並結合宣講技巧與教案設計實作，培養在地防暴宣講員。

金門縣消防局7日中午12時51分接獲報案，指金寧鄉榜林村上后垵一處民宅發生火警，並有一名75歲民眾受困。消防局隨即出動第一大隊、金城及金寧分隊共6車18人前往搶救，於12時59分抵達現場佈署水線入室搜救，並在下午1時20分將受困民眾順利救出，送往金門醫院預防性檢查，火勢於1時36分撲滅，燃燒面積約20平方公尺，起火原因仍待調查。

消防局提醒民眾，平時應整理居家環境，避免堆放雜物並留意用火用電安全，以降低火災發生風險。

金門縣政府7日舉辦115年度模範婦女及模範婆媳表揚活動，由縣長陳福海主持，並與各界貴賓共同表揚來自各鄉鎮的25位模範婦女與婆媳代表，肯定她們在家庭、職場與社區服務上的付出與貢獻。陳福海表示，金門女性以堅毅與愛心撐起家庭與社會的重要角色，是鄉親學習的榜樣，縣府也將持續推動友善婦女政策，打造更安全、幸福的生活環境。

社會處指出，今年獲獎者皆由各鄉鎮推薦選出，不僅展現女性在家庭與社區中的奉獻精神，也呈現婆媳間互敬互愛的溫馨情誼。活動現場並安排志工團隊帶來表演，氣氛溫馨熱鬧，期盼透過表揚讓更多人看見女性力量，讓善與愛在社會持續傳遞。

金門縣警局金城分局表示，民權路70巷11弄金門高中停車場路段，下午1點多發生交通事故，王姓男子駕駛的轎車沿該路段往金門高中方向行駛，與對向2輛分別由黃姓女騎士附載趙姓女子、洪姓女騎士所騎機車碰撞，造成黃女骨折、趙女及洪女擦挫傷，王男轎車衝出路面，半個車身斜停在草地，機車零件及物品散落，路面一片狼藉。
