金門縣消防局7日中午12時51分接獲報案，指金寧鄉榜林村上后垵一處民宅發生火警，並有一名75歲民眾受困。消防局隨即出動第一大隊、金城及金寧分隊共6車18人前往搶救，於12時59分抵達現場佈署水線入室搜救，並在下午1時20分將受困民眾順利救出，送往金門醫院預防性檢查，火勢於1時36分撲滅，燃燒面積約20平方公尺，起火原因仍待調查。

消防局提醒民眾，平時應整理居家環境，避免堆放雜物並留意用火用電安全，以降低火災發生風險。

金門縣政府7日舉辦115年度模範婦女及模範婆媳表揚活動，由縣長陳福海主持，並與各界貴賓共同表揚來自各鄉鎮的25位模範婦女與婆媳代表，肯定她們在家庭、職場與社區服務上的付出與貢獻。陳福海表示，金門女性以堅毅與愛心撐起家庭與社會的重要角色，是鄉親學習的榜樣，縣府也將持續推動友善婦女政策，打造更安全、幸福的生活環境。

社會處指出，今年獲獎者皆由各鄉鎮推薦選出，不僅展現女性在家庭與社區中的奉獻精神，也呈現婆媳間互敬互愛的溫馨情誼。活動現場並安排志工團隊帶來表演，氣氛溫馨熱鬧，期盼透過表揚讓更多人看見女性力量，讓善與愛在社會持續傳遞。

金門縣警局金城分局表示，民權路70巷11弄金門高中停車場路段，下午1點多發生交通事故，王姓男子駕駛的轎車沿該路段往金門高中方向行駛，與對向2輛分別由黃姓女騎士附載趙姓女子、洪姓女騎士所騎機車碰撞，造成黃女骨折、趙女及洪女擦挫傷，王男轎車衝出路面，半個車身斜停在草地，機車零件及物品散落，路面一片狼藉。

金門縣潁川堂陳氏宗親會日前舉辦春祭活動，金門縣長陳福海、立法委員陳玉珍、及多位宗親與地方人士到場參與。陳玉珍出席祭祖儀式時，針對近日外界關注的國民黨金門縣長黨內初選爭議受訪表示，相關初選時程均由黨中央訂定並依程序公告，並強調尊重前縣長楊鎮浯的決定。

對於未來政策方向，陳玉珍表示對於縣政改革已經有許多具體規劃，待選舉正式展開後，會逐步對外說明政見與施政藍圖。她也強調，未來將延續楊鎮浯縣長在青年、文化方面以及陳福海縣長禮運大同篇「顧老、顧幼」面向的政策，期盼為金門發展帶來新的動能。

述美國小校長楊恭墉表示，學校於民國59年由「官嶼國校」與「西園分校」合併後遷至現址成立，當年特別在校門前大道兩側種植兩排楓香樹，如今樹齡已逾50年，不僅見證校史發展，也陪伴一代代學生成長。然而，歷經多年風霜、颱風侵襲及病蟲害影響，部分樹木傾倒或枯死移除，造成楓香大道出現缺口。

為維護校園景觀完整性，學校近期辦理楓香補植作業，盼逐步恢復大道原有風貌。林務所會勘後亦發現部分樹木感染褐根病，校方將配合專業建議加強防治與養護管理，期讓楓香大道長保綠蔭，每到秋季再現楓紅美景。

春暖花開，正是表彰溫柔力量的最佳時刻。金門縣政府今（7）日於金湖飯店舉辦「115年度模範婦女及模範婆媳表揚活動」，由縣長陳福海偕夫人許梨羡女士及公子陳麒翔出席，與全縣受表揚者齊聚一堂，見證金門女性以堅毅、智慧與愛心撐起家庭與社會的重要時刻。現場貴賓雲集，包括立法委員陳玉珍、金湖鎮長陳文顧、金沙鎮長吳有家、烈嶼鄉長洪若珊、金城鎮公所主任秘書許世丞、金寧鄉主任秘書周金平、金城鎮代表會主席郭永隆、金湖鎮代表會主席蔡乃靖、金寧鄉代表會主席黃文欣、烈嶼鄉代表會主席林長耕伉儷等人到場祝賀，共同向模範婦女與模範婆媳表達敬意。

縣長陳福海致詞表示，女性是家庭的定海神針，更是推動社會前進的重要力量。無論是在職場發光發熱，或是在家庭默默耕耘，女性所展現的堅韌與智慧，都是金門最珍貴的資產。他特別向今日受表揚的模範婦女與模範婆媳致上敬意，感謝她們以包容與體諒維繫家庭情感，讓「家和萬事興」成為金門最動人的風景。同時也強調，縣府未來將持續推動友善婦女政策，致力打造更加平權、安全且幸福的生活環境。

活動除頒獎表揚外，也安排多項精彩藝文演出，展現金門社區服務的活力與多元文化風貌。首先由「關新志工隊」帶來溫馨開場表演，該團隊由新住民與在地民眾共同組成，長期投入新住民家庭服務與社區關懷，志工們透過律動演出展現族群共融的溫暖力量，也象徵服務是一段與人相遇、分享善與愛的旅程。

接續由信義社區志工團隊帶來氣勢磅礡的〈戰鼓〉表演，該團隊由黃明芳老師指導、王永仁理事長帶領。舞台上震撼人心的鼓聲，不僅展現社區凝聚的力量，也象徵女性如戰鼓般剛柔並濟，在面對生活挑戰時，依然能以堅定信念擊奏出生命最自信、最響亮的節奏。

今年受表揚的模範婦女與模範婆媳皆由各鄉鎮遴選推薦而出，她們在家庭與社會中默默付出，展現堅毅與溫暖的人格典範。縣長陳福海逐一頒發獎座並與獲獎者合影留念，感謝她們以無私奉獻與生命韌性守護家庭、關懷社會，讓金門處處洋溢德馨與人情溫度。

為持續提升本縣住宿型長照機構的防災與急救應變能力，消防局近期關注松柏園救護流程與人員應變機制，並於115年3月6日下午，由第二大隊大隊長董紀瑋率救護科分隊長黃評仕，以及金湖分隊高級救護技術員（TP）林匯耀、金寧分隊高級救護技術員（TP）洪嘉壕等人前往松柏園進行實地交流與檢視。此次行動在社會處督導與協調下，由兩單位合作輔導，透過流程檢視與即時回饋，強化機構第一線人員面對突發事件時的應變能力。

消防局表示，老人福利機構住民多為高齡或避難弱勢族群，當突發疾病或心肺功能停止（OHCA）發生時，第一線照護人員往往是最關鍵的生命守護者。透過跨機關合作，結合機構督導與專業救護資源，安排高級救護技術員進駐輔導，將院前急救專業前移至機構現場，使照護人員在119救護人員抵達前，即能依循標準流程進行正確處置。

此次交流源於松柏園施志宏主任先行至金湖分隊，針對護理師與照服員訓練需求進行討論，並在社會處支持下初步確認後續推動方向。前期訪視重點包括與護理長共同檢視現行急救流程是否符合實務需求，並針對流程中可能出現的困難進行討論與修正；後續於3月6日下午3時安排照服員進行OHCA情境演練，內容包含報案流程、CPR與AED操作及人員分工等項目，透過實際操作強化應變能力與肌肉記憶。

消防局指出，防災工作的核心在於「初期應變」，而非僅仰賴外部支援。近年在社會處督導機制與消防專業不定期抽查及教育訓練下發現，部分機構人員在急救實務操作上仍有提升空間。因此改採情境式演練取代單純宣導，讓照護人員在接近真實壓力的情境中學習，才能在真正緊急時刻做出正確反應。

此外，消防局也觀察到部分長照機構救護需求量較高，若能透過跨機關合作強化機構內部評估與初級處置能力，將有助於提升整體救護資源調度效率。透過建立明確流程與持續訓練，不僅能縮短黃金救援時間，也能減少不必要的資源排擠，使救護量能運用於真正急迫的個案。

消防局強調，現代院前救護已逐步朝「精準醫療前移」方向發展，高級救護技術員除執行高階救護技術外，也扮演教育與輔導的重要角色。未來將持續與轄內長照機構密切合作，透過定期訪視、實地演練與流程優化，將防災與急救觀念落實於日常照護工作中，建立更具韌性的安全防護網，確保長者在熟悉的生活環境中，也能獲得即時且專業的守護。

金門縣政府社會處於3月7日在下莊社區活動中心召開115年度第一季「社區照顧關懷據點及巷弄長照站聯繫會議」，由社會處處長王茲繐主持。會議邀集各據點幹部、社區代表、志工夥伴，以及縣府與各鄉鎮公所業務承辦人員共同參與，針對年度政策方向與服務重點進行說明與交流，凝聚據點推動業務之共識。

會中由社會處進行業務報告，說明115年度採行分級制度之政策背景、補助項目與基準、經費核銷期程及考核機制等重點事項，並特別強調補助經費將與實際服務人數連動之規定，提醒各據點落實名冊即時更新及入口網資料建置。另針對共餐計畫、巷弄長照站服務內容、志工管理與保險規範等事項進行重點宣導，並提供循環菜單範例，協助各據點掌握年度執行重點與行政管理原則。

此外，輔導團隊也介紹本年度輔導專案規劃，包括據點實地輔導暨訪視、金點獎種子培力工作坊，以及專職人力成長研習等系列活動，期望透過系統化培力與陪伴，進一步提升據點服務量能與執行績效。

會後舉辦幹部訓練課程，協助據點幹部深化對長者活動規劃的認識，特別邀請金門大學運動與休閒學系胡巧欣教授，以「銀髮族運動休閒規劃」為題進行授課。課程從高齡者身體機能變化談起，說明適切的運動設計原則與活動帶領技巧，協助據點幹部在規劃健康促進活動時，兼顧安全性與趣味性，進而強化預防與延緩失能的服務成效。

下午則辦理據點志工研習，著重提升志工服務技巧，邀請信義新村社區發展協會黃明芳講師以「高齡者靈性照顧」為題分享經驗。課程聚焦於理解長者心靈需求與陪伴技巧，引導志工從傾聽、同理與生命回顧等面向出發，學習在日常服務中融入靈性關懷元素，提升對高齡者全人照顧的敏感度與實踐能力。

王茲繐處長表示，面對高齡社會的挑戰，縣府將積極配合中央長照3.0政策，以「健康促進、醫照整合、積極復能、提升機構量能、強化家庭支持、導入智慧照顧、落實安寧善終、人力專業發展」八大目標為推動方向，透過社區照顧關懷據點與巷弄長照站的功能整合與資源串聯，逐步建構更完善且具溫度的在地照顧網絡。

縣府期盼透過持續深化社區服務體系，實現「健康老化、在地老化、安寧善終、社區共生」的願景，讓金門長者能在熟悉的社區環境中安心生活、活躍老化，共同營造共生共融的友善高齡社會。

115年勞動節連假自5月1日至5月3日共3天，交通部民用航空局規劃4月30日至5月4日為航空疏運期。臺灣往返金門的管制航線將於3月9日上午9時開放訂位，本次共提供404架次、34,412個座位。金門縣政府表示，已請民航局持續關注訂位情形，若需求增加將適時協調航空公司增班，以因應連假期間旅運需求。

交通部也宣布，本次連假起實施機票分級退票措施，起飛日前7天（含）以前退票費用不得超過票價10%，1至6日前不得超過20%，當日起飛前退票不得超過30%。另外，尖峰時段航班將加註「限當日當班次」及「逾期作廢」限制，提醒旅客提前訂位並留意航班與天候資訊。

金門縣金城鎮民生路為市區重要幹道，因車流量大與停車需求高，縣府自115年4月1日起對路邊專用停車格啟動收費管理，收費時間為每日9時至20時，依現場告示牌為準。停車格類別包括卸貨格4格、婦幼格2格、身心障礙格1格，收費方式依停放時間計算，並設最高上限。

為維持交通順暢，上午7:30-8:30、中午12:00-13:30及下午17:00-18:00禁止停車。觀光處提醒民眾依標線停放並遵守規定，違規將依《道路交通管理處罰條例》辦理，未來其他市區停車區域也將逐步納入收費管理，提升停車周轉率與交通秩序。
