2026年金廈兩岸春節煙火施放活動將於2月17日（大年初一）20時至20時30分，在烈嶼鄉上林村出海口（上林將軍廟）舉行，預估人車眾多。為維護交通順暢與安全，金門縣警察局金城分局將於17時至21時實施彈性交管，南環濱海大道L26據點上林路段採單向通行，並管制部分路口，請配合指揮。

活動期間小客車停放於上林社區活動中心前及海濱空地，機車統一停放於活動中心前；車位有限，請多共乘或搭乘春節煙火專車往返金城車站。會場內禁止設攤及騎乘自行車，請依動線通行，共同維護安全。

為讓民眾安心過年，金城分局日前聯合直屬大隊、憲兵隊及第三方警政編組，執行擴大臨檢，由分局長周宏璘帶隊，針對KTV、酒店及桌遊休閒館加強查察，防制酒後鬥毆、街頭暴力、毒品及賭博行為，並宣導勿酒後駕車，協助民眾安全返家。

分局長指出，酒精過量容易失去理智，引發糾紛，影響社會秩序。警方依治安熱點加強執法，並在主要道路實施酒駕路檢，展現維護治安決心。

金門縣退役軍官協會於近日在金門植物園舉辦春聯贈送活動，特別邀請金門書法學會三位大師莊火練、陳玉貞及王志雄親臨現場揮毫，讓民眾免費索取春聯。活動現場氣氛熱烈，吸引不少鄉親前來欣賞書法藝術並感受傳統新年氛圍。

主辦單位表示，透過此次活動，不僅能讓民眾提早感受新春喜氣，也藉此推廣書法藝術與文化傳承。三位書法大師親切與民眾互動，現場指導書寫技巧，讓民眾在索取春聯的同時，也能近距離體驗書法魅力，增添節慶樂趣。

近年金門縣鄉親低碳樂活運動風氣蔚為風潮，在縣長陳福海「金門運動島，友善幸福城」施政願景引領下，縣府積極向中央爭取經費，打造優質運動空間，並大力推動各項社會體育活動，滿足鄉親運動需求，提供更豐富、多元與優質的運動體驗。

為因應春節連假期間民眾運動與休閒需求，金門縣運動發展中心公布2026年春節期間轄屬各場館開放與休館時段，提醒鄉親提前規劃運動行程。其中，金城體育館前廣場停車場自115年2月13日起開放免費供鄉親停車使用，待收費系統建置完成後，將依規定規劃收費機制，以符合使用者付費原則。

運發中心表示，金城館的健身房、舞蹈教室、韻律教室與游泳池，以及烈嶼館健身房與金湖館，將於2月16日（除夕）至2月19日（初三）休館，使同仁安心過年並完成場館必要整理與維護作業。金城館除上述休館期間暫停開放的空間外，其餘場地於春節期間均維持正常開放。

自2月20日（初四）至2月22日（初六）起，各場館將恢復部分時段開放，時間如下：

• 金城館（健身房、舞蹈教室、韻律教室）／烈嶼館健身房
  上午 08:00–12:00
  下午 13:30–17:30

• 金城館游泳池
  上午 08:00–12:00（11:45清場）
  下午 13:00–17:00（16:45清場）

• 金湖綜合體育館
  上午 08:00–12:00
  下午 13:30–17:30

隨著農曆春節將至，金門縣長陳福海高度關注鄉親返鄉團圓的交通需求，並責成縣政府觀光處妥善規劃春節疏運工作，全力協助鄉親順利往返台金。春節疏運管制期間（2月13日至2月23日），縣府已協調加開四波加班機，提供總計108,884個座位，較往年平均增加約5,508個座位，滿足鄉親搭機需求。

陳縣長表示，考量部分民眾反映訂不到機位，縣府自去年114年12月10日及今年1月6日便配合民航局開放前兩波訂位，並於1月7日至13日啟動需求調查。1月14日邀集民航局及航空公司召開協調會議，成功爭取第三波加班機，涵蓋台北、台中往返金門航線，並於1月19日正式開放訂位。

此外，縣府持續與民航局及航空公司協調，成功爭取第四波運能。除由縣府協調提供462個座位外，並在陳玉珍委員及相關單位協商下，透過放大機型再增加運能，總計新增1,646個座位。與去年同樣為9天連假相比，今年總座位數增加6,506個，進一步提升整體載運量。

在小三通航運方面，本次春運提供總計62,664個座位。2月15日至23日期間，廈金段（廈門往金門）提供31,332個座位，已訂位14,239人次（約45.4%）；金廈段（金門往廈門）同樣提供31,332個座位，已訂位14,428人次（約46%），各航次仍有餘位可供民眾利用。春運期間，因2月16日農曆除夕，原定下午13:30開航之航班延後至14:00，完成雙向對開後即停航；2月17日農曆初一則恢復正常航班服務。

陳縣長強調，縣府透過航空與海運的雙重協調，舒緩年節交通壓力，並強化現場服務機制。2月14日至16日，縣府於台北、台中、高雄、嘉義及台南機場設置鄉親服務櫃檯，提供即時協助與服務；2月15日至16日協調台北航空站於松山機場設置「聯合補位單一窗口」；2月21日至23日亦在金門航空站設置相同服務窗口，達到全面性服務，確保鄉親回家順暢、平安，團圓過好年。

榮獲觀光署「台灣觀光100亮點」肯定的金門縣著名景點建功嶼，近期完成整體環境與設施修繕。金門縣政府透過交通部觀光署補助，進行全方位景觀優化，並於春節期間設置年節主題打卡點，邀請鄉親與遊客登島走春。在潮汐起伏間，沿著石板路與「牡蠣人」藝術裝置及鄭成功石雕像同框，感受戰地風情與自然景觀融合的新魅力，留下節慶與旅遊雙重回憶。

本次景區優化以「旅遊片區」概念出發，串聯建功嶼、延平郡王祠、夏墅濱海步道及浯江溪口紅樹林。整體改善項目包括設施安全提升、公廁優化、停車空間倍增（大客車、小客車及機車）、環境美化與管線地下化。優化後的片區不僅保留歷史記憶，解決集客高峰交通混亂，也提升整體視覺美感，讓遊客更純粹地欣賞「金門版摩西分海」奇景，形成具歷史、自然、生態與休閒機能的觀光廊道，進一步強化金門在兩岸及國際旅遊市場的競爭力。

觀光處長許績鑫表示，考量島上高低錯落的地形，景區增設導引標誌，保障遊客安全並順暢前往各哨所與瞭望台。同時，島上政戰室活化為「建功嶼潮汐之島的和平轉身」導覽展示，透過中英文說明展板與故事化內容，呈現建功嶼從冷戰前線海防據點轉型為和平象徵及觀光亮點的歷程，不僅讓遊客「看得懂、記得住」，也讓曾在此服役的老兵重返現場，深化地方情感。未來縣府將導入在地體驗與導覽服務，將片區旅遊從「看景」升級為「走讀、體驗、停留、再訪」。

迎接新春佳節，觀光處特別設置年節主題打卡點，將節慶裝置與自然景觀結合，展現建功嶼柔性魅力。遊客可在藝術裝置與島上景觀間拍照留念，享受春節歡樂氣氛，讓建功嶼成為金門春節期間最具人氣的拍照景點。

建功嶼為時段性景點，2至3月潮汐受自然因素影響較大，遊客請務必先至「樂遊金門」或官方粉專查詢每日退潮時間。如遇未退潮完全，請勿冒險涉水，並注意行走安全。縣府將持續優化景區，並帶動地方產業發展，確保每位造訪金門的遊客都能「不虛此行、來了還想再來」。

為深化城市觀光交流，並持續宣傳「金門獲選台灣觀光100亮點景點」的行銷主軸，金門縣共有7處景點榮獲殊榮：

• 經武酒窖奪「十大亮點獎」

• 後浦十六藝文特區、習山湖公園與陳景蘭洋樓榮獲「最佳人氣獎」

• 加上第一屆入選的莒光樓、建功嶼、山后民俗文化村

為延續話題熱度，金門縣政府今年再度帶領可愛的觀光IP代表隊，跨海參與年度盛事「2026台灣燈會在嘉義」。本次推出全新造型「超萌坐姿阿特」，將於3月3日至3月15日進駐燈會現場，以「相遇金門：跳島趣」為主題，邀請全台民眾一同體驗這場跨越海峽的驚喜相遇。

此次參與台灣燈會，是延續縣長陳福海「友善金門、多元旅遊」施政理念。金門縣政府觀光處長許績鑫表示，嘉義與金門擁有深厚情感連結，不僅有「嘉義城隍」與「浯島城隍」跨海會香的百年信仰文化，也有每日航空直飛金門僅需55分鐘航程，交通便利促進兩地觀光、經濟與文化交流。去年台灣燈會在桃園吸引約2,030萬人次，金門觀光IP將借此高人流曝光機會，推廣金門亮點景點。

金門觀光IP「阿特」行銷實力已廣受肯定：去年參加「新北歡樂耶誕城」吸引740萬人次參觀，成為最受矚目的拍照亮點，深受民眾及外籍遊客喜愛。今年將發表全新造型「阿特」，更萌、更療癒，拉近與遊客距離，預期將成為打卡焦點。

本次展出的巨型氣偶共有三座：

• 阿特：以歐亞水獺為原型，展現親子友善精神

• 風獅爺：象徵在地信仰與守護

• 戴勝：代表金門豐富生態資源

三座氣偶共同傳遞自然、生態與守護的核心價值，並與嘉義燈會主燈相互輝映，讓金門特色與創意吸睛呈現。

為進一步推廣「金門觀光100亮點景點」，燈會期間設立金門觀光資訊站，結合燈會人潮進行整體行銷。金門縣旅行商業同業公會整合多家旅行業者，推出多元化「機＋酒」自由行產品，強調彈性行程與多樣選擇，期望吸引更多旅客造訪金門，帶動在地觀光發展。

觀光處長許績鑫指出，透過現場氣偶燈組、媒體曝光及「機＋酒」自由行行程，將激發遊客「賞完燈會，下一站去金門」的旅遊動力，讓民眾輕鬆規劃金門行程，持續強化金門觀光品牌形象，為在地觀光產業注入新動能。

觀光處表示，接下來將有一系列行銷活動，相關資訊可持續關注「樂遊金門」及「金門阿特」臉書粉絲專頁，掌握最新活動與旅遊資訊。

春節將至，為加強環境整潔維護，倡導並響應本縣「自掃門前雪」政策，金門縣環境保護局訂於115年1月16日至2月13日辦理春節環境清掃活動，號召縣民朋友共同整理居家與周邊環境。各鄉鎮清潔隊將全力動員、逗陣拚掃，以乾淨舒適的環境迎接馬年到來，攜手實現整潔美麗的金門。

環保局呼籲各機關、學校及民眾提前展開大掃除，如有大型家具或家電需清運，可事先聯繫所在地清潔隊，安排合適時段協助載運，切勿將廢棄物任意棄置戶外。同時請持續配合「垃圾不落地」及資源回收分類政策，從源頭減量做起，減少垃圾產生量，共同維護友善、整潔的生活環境。

春節期間垃圾清運時間調整

115年春節連續假期共9天，為兼顧服務品質與清潔隊員休息權益，各鄉鎮垃圾清運時間如下：

• 2月15日（小年夜）：五鄉鎮上午及下午皆正常清運

• 2月16日（除夕）：五鄉鎮上午及下午皆正常清運

• 2月17日至19日、2月21日（初一至初三及初五）：五鄉鎮統一停收垃圾

• 2月20日（初四）：五鄉鎮上午清運

• 2月22日（初六）：金城鎮上午及下午清運，其餘鄉鎮上午清運

環保局再次提醒，春節停收期間請妥善打包並確實分類垃圾，勿隨意棄置戶外，以免影響環境衛生與市容景觀。如有違規造成污染情事，將依《廢棄物清理法》裁處新臺幣1,200元至6,000元罰鍰。

此外，也鼓勵民眾落實「綠色飲食」理念，在家烹調「吃多少、煮多少」，外出用餐「吃多少、點多少」，避免食物浪費。廚餘請先瀝水，塑膠袋、餐巾紙及免洗餐具切勿投入廚餘桶，減輕後端處理負擔。

為落實縣長陳福海以《禮運大同篇》為核心精神的施政主軸，金門縣政府持續推動「歲末寒冬暖心行動」，整合各局處資源投入「關懷獨居長者」計畫。在農曆春節前夕，縣府觀光處處長許績鑫率同仁前往金城鎮南門里探視獨居長者，透過實地訪視與面對面交流，傳達縣府關懷與新春祝福，積極營造「老吾老以及人之老」的高齡友善社會。

訪視過程中，許績鑫處長親切地與長者圍坐話家常，細心關懷其日常起居、飲食習慣與健康狀況。長者雖獨自居住，屋內卻在縣府團隊的陪伴下洋溢著溫馨熱絡的年節氣氛。針對近日氣溫變化劇烈，許處長也特別叮囑長者注意保暖、維持規律作息，並隨時與相關單位保持聯繫，確保生活無虞。

隨行團隊同步檢視長者居住環境與實際需求，盤點現有社福資源是否到位，強化精準對接與即時協助機制，讓關懷不僅止於慰問，更落實於具體行動。縣府強調，透過「走入生活」的關懷模式，不僅能即時掌握長者生活現況，也讓政府服務更具溫度，使社會安全網在節慶期間不中斷、不留空隙。

觀光處表示，關懷獨居長者是縣府長期推動「在地老化、在地安養」政策的重要一環。隨著金門縣65歲以上人口比例逐年上升，已正式邁入高齡社會，縣府將持續強化跨局處合作，整合民政、社會、觀光等資源，落實「以人為本、世代共好」的施政理念。

許績鑫處長指出，期盼透過歲末關懷行動，深化跨世代互動，凝聚社區互助力量。每一位長者的平安與幸福，都是縣府施政最重要的目標。未來也將秉持「制度到位、服務入戶」的精神，把長者視如己親，持續打造讓長者安心生活、安享晚年的宜居幸福島嶼。

金門縣金湖鎮新湖漁港旁防風林今(11)日下午1點45分左右發生一起田野火警，由於天乾物、加上東北季風助長火勢，大片林地瞬間陷入火海；警消獲報立即出動4車9人前往現場拉起4條水線進行灌救，火勢約在30分鐘獲得控制，燃燒面積初估約500平方公尺，幸無人員及財物損傷；至於詳細起火原因仍待消防局火調科進一步調查釐清。

據了解，由於火災發生地點在密林之中，不僅消防車輛難以通行、人員要靠近火場灌救也增加難度；為防止火勢持續延燒，現場警消「披荊斬棘」強行入林射水滅火，火勢在4條水線強力壓制下，終於在30分鐘左右獲得控制；但由於現場落葉層渾厚，在天乾物燥加上海邊風大的情況下，殘火不時復燃，累翻救援人員。
