昇恆昌免稅商店邀請地區書法名家，今天在新啟用的金門港旅運中心舉辦「馬上RICH吉運來」新春揮毫活動，現場飄散濃濃年節喜氣；但有眼尖旅客發現，現場幾位疑似戴著工作證的公部門人員竟也在場排等大師春聯，被質疑「不用上班嗎？」

昇恒昌委請金門美術學會辦理的揮毫活動，由學會總幹事盛崧俊邀集孫國粹、唐敏達、洪三袁、謝華東及洪壽森等浸淫筆墨30年以上的書法大家，在金門港旅運中心3樓出境大廳，一字排開，揮灑傳統書藝之美；5位書法老師合力完成「馬騰萬事興」，更展現小三通迎向新的一年，啟動萬馬奔騰向前的蓬勃氣勢。

寒冬歲末，迎接兔年的到來，金城分局特別邀請張君玉等多位書法名家到該分局現場揮毫，並結合聯合勤教機會辦理同仁創意書法比賽活動，現場墨香四溢、年味十足，讓同仁提早感受過年歡樂氣氛。

金城分局表示，體恤同仁在春節期間為維護轄內治安、交通及為民服務，無暇準備年節工作，特舉辦「春節名師春聯揮毫暨同仁創意活動比賽」，活動特別邀請金門的書法名家孫國粹、翁清土、張君玉、張水團等4位現場揮毫，只見每位名師開筆流暢，將傳統文化精髓表現無遺，員警紛紛表示讚賞，索取踴躍，計送出100幅以上的春聯。另外分局也特別利用聯合勤教的機會，辦理創意書法比賽活動，各參賽單位無不使出渾身解數，不少作品獲得老師的稱讚，現場年味十足。

為因應農曆春節治安、交通及民眾服務需求，警察局「115年加強重要節日安全維護工作」自9日22時起展開，至2月23日24時結束。副縣長陳祥麟首日親赴金城分局慰勉警民，致贈慰問品與慰問金，由民防、義警、義交及守望相助隊代表受贈，肯定大家犧牲假期、守護治安。

專案以「治安平穩、交通順暢、民眾安心」為主軸，重點涵蓋金融機構安全、賭博取締、交通疏導及事故防制，並加強防詐宣導。警察局結合協勤民力，全力維護節日秩序，讓鄉親安心出門、平安返家，過個順遂的新年。

由金門縣文化局主辦、金門縣美術學會策畫的「浯島風情－許文科彩墨書畫展」，即日起至3月18日在文化局第二展場展出。展覽呈現許文科老師近年彩墨與書法創作成果，以細膩筆墨描繪浯島自然景觀、人文生活與歷史記憶，引領觀者感受土地情感與時代脈動。

本展以「浯島風情．季風海韻」為主題，展現金門島嶼風貌、戰地文化與生命韌性。許老師以寫生為基礎，融合人物勞動意象與多元書法作品，傳達金門人勤奮樸實的精神。87歲高齡仍親力親為辦展，並自費印製作品集分享鄉親，堪為藝文典範。

中國海警春節前夕連日侵擾金門水域，繼9日後，10日下午海巡署金馬澎分署第十二巡防區再偵獲4艘海警船於金門南方集結，並以兩兩編隊自料羅東方及烈嶼南方航入我限制水域。海巡即刻超前部署巡防艇，「一對一」併航監控、強勢阻隔，最終於17時將其驅離。

海巡署強調，我國對金門水域具管轄權，對任何灰色地帶侵擾均嚴正應處。春節期間已強化科技監偵與岸海聯防機制，全天候維持高強度勤務，確保主權與海域安全，讓國人安心過年。

農曆春節將近，為讓於福利機構的住民提前感受年節溫馨氛圍，金門縣長陳福海（10）日率同社會處長王茲繐等人，前往縣內多處老人及身心障礙福利機構進行春節慰問，向住民與第一線照護人員致上誠摯關懷與新年祝福，並致贈加菜金，為機構增添暖意與年味。

此次慰問行程涵蓋老人福利機構「金門大同之家」、老人長期照顧中心「金門縣松柏園」，以及身心障礙福利機構「金門縣福田家園」。陳福海縣長逐一關心住民的生活起居與健康狀況，並與工作人員互動致意，感謝照護團隊長期堅守崗位，為長者與身心障礙者提供細心且專業的照顧。

2026年迎新春農業展將於2月17日至19日（農曆正月初一至初三）熱鬧登場，金門縣農業試驗所、水產試驗所、林務所及畜產試驗所正加緊腳步進行場地佈置與活動規劃。為掌握籌備進度並慰勉第一線同仁辛勞，縣府秘書長張瑞心於（10）日率領承辦單位前往各所實地場勘。

迎新春農業展已持續舉辦20餘年，是金門年節期間深受鄉親喜愛的重要活動之一，不僅提供走春休憩的好去處，也成為親子同遊、凝聚情感的年節記憶。隨著疫情趨緩及兩岸交流逐步恢復，近年來吸引不少兩岸三地遊客來金走訪，各所也持續推陳出新，結合年節氛圍與生肖主題，透過多元互動設計，讓民眾在遊逛中認識農林漁牧發展成果。

本次岸、海聯合勤務擴大威力掃蕩，由海巡署第十二巡防區指揮部統合金馬澎分署第九岸巡隊、艦隊分署第九海巡隊、金門查緝隊及海巡署偵搜犬區隊等單位，同步動員巡防艇6艇、汽車11輛、機車4輛、人力81員及偵搜犬1隻，並運用各項應勤及紅外線熱影像等高科技裝備，全面巡查金門地區海域、海岸地區，針對岸際廢棄空屋、碉堡、消波塊等治安熱點，積極巡緝發掘不法，同步提升港口、冷凍貨櫃及小三通旅客安全檢查能量，並協同檢、警、調及國防等單位精準打擊犯罪，構築邊境防禦安全網，嚴守國境門戶。

農曆春節假期將至，為確保國人返鄉、出遊及醫療照護期間用電穩定，台電於春節前陸續針對大眾運輸場站及醫院用戶設備啟動專案檢測。台電金門區處處長顏國俊於昨(10)日率領相關部門同仁，親赴金門港旅運中心，拜會港務處處長許嘉興，瞭解旅運中心供電情形，期待透過技術交流與合作，共同提升重要公共設施用電穩定。

台電金門區處顏處長表示，春節期間適逢返鄉與旅遊人潮高峰，交通運輸系統負載大幅攀升，醫院急診與住院服務亦需全天候運作，對電力的穩定性要求極高。供電品質除了仰賴電力系統的穩定外，用戶自有受電設備的維護狀況亦是關鍵。

台電說明，平時即持續協助辦理用戶設備檢查與維護相關工作，此次為維持春節期間交通與醫療用電穩定，特別提前部署啟動專案檢測，針對航運、機場及醫療院所等重要用戶，協助進行設備檢視與用電安全宣導，改善潛在風險，降低春節期間突發事故的可能性。

台電表示，本次會同公共場所用戶及其電氣負責人，進行用電安全宣導與技術交流，提醒落實自有設備定期檢查與維護，台電也與相關用戶保持密切聯繫，提供必要之技術支援，協助降低用電風險，確保春節期間交通與醫療等公共服務順利運作。

2026年迎新春農業展系列活動將於115年2月17日至19日（正月初一至初三）熱鬧登場。金門縣農業試驗所、林務所、水產試驗所及畜產試驗所等四所目前正緊鑼密鼓進行場地布置與活動籌備。縣府秘書長張瑞心為了解整體籌備進度並慰勞同仁辛勞，特於昨（10）日率承辦單位前往各所場勘，關心活動整備情形。

迎新春農業展系列活動已辦理20餘年，是在地鄉親春節期間走春遊憩、凝聚親子情感的重要場域。隨著疫情趨緩及兩岸政策逐步開放，不少兩岸三地遊客蒞金旅遊，各所也集思廣益、推陳出新，配合年度生肖主題規劃系列活動，邀請民眾同樂。不僅展現本縣農、林、漁、牧產業推廣成果，也透過互動式體驗，讓民眾親身感受農業發展與創新成果。

水產試驗所以「信仰為引、專業為本、體驗為橋」為策展主題，結合媽祖信仰與漁民文化，呈現漁業傳承特色；農業試驗所盛開的波斯菊花海，吸引不少遊客駐足拍照打卡；林務所打造酒甕大道、8公尺高木馬裝置藝術及人力拉車、大型保齡球等互動遊戲，提供動態體驗，深受大小朋友喜愛；畜產試驗所則以濃醇香的鮮奶冰淇淋為人氣亮點，並規劃穿古裝、騎馬、射箭等體驗活動，營造彷彿穿越古代武俠場景的趣味氛圍。

秘書長張瑞心表示，感謝各所同仁在活動規劃與布置上的用心投入，各單位皆展現鮮明特色。不過活動期間仍須以安全為首要考量，包含動線規劃、場域設施安全與整體舒適度，都應讓民眾有感；同時活動內容也要持續創新，以嶄新思維帶給鄉親不同體驗。至於有哪些創意亮點，歡迎民眾親自到場感受。縣府誠摯邀請鄉親於正月初一至初三，相揪前往農林漁牧四所走春同樂。

此外，為吸引人潮、振興地方經濟，活動期間四所皆安排攤商進駐，除滿足民眾吃喝玩樂需求外，也結合農漁畜產業特色，規劃烤肉、桶仔雞等活動項目，讓鄉親「吃在地、食當季」。在過年團圓氛圍中，盡情享受在地農產美食，品嚐滿口家鄉味、感受滿心故鄉情，也為返鄉遊子增添濃濃年節回憶。
