春節將至，悟饕金山店負責人吳宏偉於2月5日中午捐贈150個悟饕便當至金城鎮公所，慰問基層清潔隊員。吳宏偉表示，清潔隊員長期默默守護市容，即使年節前夕仍堅守崗位，工作十分辛苦，希望透過熱騰騰的便當表達感謝，並祝福大家平安迎新年，為忙碌的工作時刻增添一份溫暖。

金城鎮公所對悟饕金山店的愛心捐贈表達感謝，認為這份心意讓清潔隊員感受到社會支持與肯定，也為基層同仁注入正能量，提升士氣。此次活動展現地方商家回饋社會、關懷基層的精神，讓「送愛送溫暖」化為實際行動，在春節前夕帶來暖流，溫暖人心。

大陸文旅部4日宣布近期恢復上海居民赴金門、馬祖旅遊，引發兩岸高度關注。適逢小三通通航25週年與金門港旅運中心試營運，利多消息為原已升溫的小三通市場再添動能，金門觀光前景備受看好。

金門縣府表示已做好接待準備，期盼儘速迎來上海旅遊人潮，提升小三通量能。未來也將持續爭取擴大陸客來源、增加船班，並赴上海辦理旅遊推介，深化交流，促進金門觀光與產業發展。

為表達對弱勢家庭的關懷與祝福，金門縣政府於春節前夕辦理「115年春節低收入戶慰問活動」，自2月2日起展開鄉鎮慰問行程，由縣長夫人許梨羡代表縣長，偕同社會處王茲繐處長及各鄉鎮首長與社會處同仁，分別前往各鄉鎮探訪轄內列冊低收入戶家庭，關心鄉親生活起居與家庭狀況，並致贈慰問金，提前向鄉親賀年，祝福新春平安順心。

社會處表示，縣府長期重視弱勢家庭的照顧與支持，除於重要節慶期間辦理慰問活動，主動關懷低收入戶生活狀況外，也持續推動多項社會福利與脫貧措施，協助弱勢家庭減輕經濟壓力、穩定家庭生活。現行相關政策包括「兒童及少年未來教育與發展帳戶」、「弱勢家庭新生代希望工程—暑期工讀導航計畫」等，協助弱勢子女累積教育與就業能力。

此外，考量金門地區民眾及學生因就醫、就學等需求，需頻繁往返臺金兩地，交通費用對弱勢家庭形成沉重負擔，縣府亦訂定「弱勢族群交通費補助實施辦法」，補助低收入戶及身心障礙者對外交通費用，截至114年12月計有3,361人次受惠，期望能減輕弱勢族群交通支出壓力，落實社會福利照顧。

社會處指出，縣府除定期辦理節慶慰問外，平時亦透過低收入戶生活扶助、子女就學生活補助及實物銀行等社會救助資源，提供遭逢變故或生活困難家庭即時或短期協助。民眾如有相關需求，可洽社會處或各鄉鎮公所，由社政人員或社工進行評估，適時提供必要協助。

為全面強化基層醫療服務量能，並精進公共衛生政策之執行效率，衛生局於日前召開「115年度第1次鄉鎮衛生所業務聯繫會議」，本次會議由衛生局長李金治主持，會議除檢討114年度公共衛生執行成效外，更聚焦於國民健康署公費補助癌症篩檢及異常個案追蹤的成效，會中並頒發114年度「癌症篩檢異常個案追蹤」成績優異單位，包含「金城鎮衛生所」及「金沙鎮衛生所」指標達成率皆達90%以上，協助高風險個案回診就醫，成績斐然，榮獲績優單位殊榮。

健促科針對114年度執行癌症篩檢成效及精進作為，提出專案報告；李金治局長在聽取報告後表示，癌症篩檢的初衷不僅是早期發現「疾病」，其核心價值在於「追蹤」。篩檢異常個案若未能及時回診，篩檢便失去了意義。唯有落實異常個案的後續關懷與追蹤，確保每一位高風險個案都能進入醫療體系進行複診或治療，才能真正達成「早期發現、早期治療」的目標，有效提升治療成功率。

115年1月底，金沙分駐所所長辛西漢執行轄區臨檢勤務時，於環島東路一段全家超商執行守望勤務，發現民眾鄭民在ATM前通話且欲進行匯款，辛所長主動關心詢問，發現鄭民正打算依詐騙集團指示，將款項轉入指定帳戶，鄭民顯已深信詐團所稱的「預付型消費」詐騙手法，經所長直接與詐騙集團對話，確認為詐騙電話後，鄭民始驚覺受騙，當場放棄匯款，成功保住其新臺幣70餘萬元。

春節將至，金門縣長陳福海於今天率縣府團隊前往多個第一線守護單位慰問，包括後備服務中心、軍機場、金門守備大隊機步營、陸軍金門地區支援營醫療連與運輸連、海委會海巡署金馬澎分署第九岸巡隊、第九海巡隊，以及衛福部金門醫院與鑑潭山莊等，親自致贈慰問金與禮品，感謝年節期間堅守崗位的官兵與工作人員，並預祝佳節愉快。

金門縣文化局推動「金門縣古墓普查計畫」，自112年起展開為期三年的調查，已完成多個鄉鎮普查，今年將聚焦金沙鎮與烏坵鄉。計畫透過系統性蒐集古墓資料，作為文化資產評估、保存及地方史志編纂基礎，並呼籲民眾提供古墓線索、族譜與歷史記憶，共同守護金門人文資產。

針對古墓議題，地方長期關切祖墳位於國有地須自費購回，以及軍事管制區內祭祀與修繕不便等問題，呼籲縣府彙整爭議，透過中央修法機制解決，保障傳統祭祀權益；學者亦提醒保存應避免過度修復，兼顧歷史脈絡與文化價值。

​金門縣政府為活絡觀光淡季，推出「2026樂遊醉美金門－遊金門領好酒」活動，自2月1日開跑至3日中午，短短三天已吸引近1500名遊客兌領限量高粱酒。主打300ml特製酒「霧橋海」，以金門大橋霧海景致為靈感，白藍漸層瓶身極具收藏價值，全球限量1萬瓶，成功帶動話題與人潮。

凡年滿18歲的非金門籍旅客，憑入境機船票、身分證件及金門住宿證明，即可至金門機場、水頭碼頭或昇恆昌金湖廣場兌領，每人限領一瓶、不得代領。活動至3月31日止，數量有限送完為止，縣府呼籲遊客把握機會，為金門旅程留下「醉美」紀念。

金門縣水產試驗所喜迎馬年,將於年節期間推出「2026馬年浯島媽祖平安鹽祭暨海洋文化新春嘉年華」系列活動，邀請民眾走春趣，迎接嶄新的一年。

本次馬年新春展覽以「躍馬奔騰・平安豐漁」為策展核心理念，結合馬年象徵之奮進動能，呼應新春期間全民迎新、祈福與團聚的節慶氛圍，並以本所專責之漁業研究、海洋生態保育與教育推廣為主軸，形塑兼具文化性、教育性與參與感之新春海洋展。

水試所表示：今年仍在金城天后宮廣場舉行「浯島媽祖平安鹽祭」，由法師誦經、獻疏文、祈福儀式，敕平安鹽，祈求媽祖賜福於爐下眾弟子闔家平安吉祥，並由縣長親臨致贈鄉親「水獺杯袋」新春禮物,此外還有園遊會、闖關好禮兑換摸彩券及多元戶外藝文表演等一系列新春活動，千萬別錯過。2/17(二)-2/19(四)春節特別活動內容包含:電流急急棒、守鱟幸福生態文化展、五彩繽紛水族特展、暖冬風味—咖喱鯊條粥試吃、Switch互動釣魚體驗、歡樂人偶來逗陣、樂不思蜀釣魚趣、藻到幸福海藻書籤DIY、繽紛氣球大放送、及各項宣導推廣，還有金門民俗舞蹈、金門絃樂室內樂團、小島新樂團等熱情表演,讓鄉親們FUN玩3天。(水試所提供)

本年度環境清掃活動訂於115年1月16日至2月13日，本縣於昨(5)日上午8時30由五鄉鎮公所同步舉辦「金門縣115年環境清潔週誓師活動」，並藉環境清掃活動倡導及響應本縣自掃門前雪計畫，召集金門國家公園管理處、陸軍金門防衛指揮部、機關、學校、社區民眾、環保志工等有千餘人參加，動員各界人士共同清掃機關及居家周遭環境，本年度誓師活動主場為金沙鎮，並於金沙鎮公所前廣場舉行，由祕書長張瑞心、金沙鎮祕書許萬恭及環保局局長楊建立帶領民眾清掃街道，維護生活周遭環境整潔。

環保局呼籲民眾於新年前配合環境清掃週活動，清理居家內外包括騎樓、水溝及防火巷環境衛生，並消除病媒蚊孳生源繁殖場所，盛水容器應定期刷洗或倒置，並清洗自家水塔、蓄水池等。如有廢棄之大型等廢棄物，可主動連絡清潔隊協助清運，並做好資源回收分類及垃圾減量工作，且於春節期間應配合各鄉鎮清潔隊之垃圾清運時間，切勿隨意棄置垃圾或放置街上，以維持街道縣容觀瞻，大家一起健康歡喜迎新年。
