春節連續假期將至，民眾返鄉團圓、外出走春及親友聚餐機會明顯增加，家庭圍爐及宴客活動頻繁，居家用火、用電及瓦斯使用情形隨之提升。消防局局長呂英華提醒，春節期間務必提高防火警覺，確實落實「人離火熄」的用火原則，於外出拜年、返鄉探親或夜間就寢前，務必再次檢視家中瓦斯爐具、電器設備及延長線使用情形，避免因一時疏忽引發火災事故，共同守護居家安全，讓全家安心、平安過好年。

消防局指出，本縣於115年1月27日金沙鎮陽翟某住宅曾發生住宅火災，起火原因為住戶烹煮不慎，致抽油煙機及炒鍋起火燃燒並產生大量濃煙。所幸該戶事先裝設住宅用火災警報器即時示警，屋主亦能迅速妥善處置，火勢未擴大釀災。此案例顯示，廚房用火稍有不慎，即可能因高溫油煙、油脂堆積或爐火未妥善控制而引發火災，消防局呼籲民眾烹煮時務必全程看顧爐具，避免離開火源，以確保居家安全。

農曆春節將至，家家戶戶除舊佈新，少不了貼上喜氣洋洋的春聯。金城鎮南門里「115年駿馬獻瑞新春揮毫暨政令宣導」春聯贈送活動日前下午登場，邀請金門縣美術學會書法好手為民眾免費書寫賀歲春聯，現場洋溢濃濃年節氣氛。

張貼春聯為農曆春節的重要習俗，象徵辭舊迎新、納福迎祥。南門社區發展協會今年再度結合南門里公所、南門天后宮、金城鎮公所以及金門縣美術學會等單位共同於當日下午一時三十分在南門天后宮前廣場舉辦迎接丙午馬年春聯贈送活動，金城鎮長李誠智、行政院金馬聯合服務中心執行長吳增允、立委陳玉珍、金城鎮代會主席郭永隆、副主席蘇碧浯和南門社區發展協會理事長許燕輝、南門里長鄭易岳等來賓在場向民眾賀年，與民眾一同探新春迎瑞福。

金門縣政府為感謝退休公務人員多年來對縣政發展的付出與奉獻，於3日中午在紅龍餐廳舉辦退休人員餐敘活動，邀請多位退休公務人員齊聚一堂，在溫馨愉快的氣氛中交流近況、共敘情誼。

縣府表示，退休公務人員在任期間兢兢業業、盡心盡力，為地方建設與公共服務奠定穩固基礎，是縣政持續進步的重要推手。此次餐敘不僅是表達感謝之意，也希望透過面對面的交流，讓退休同仁感受到縣府的關懷與重視。

農曆春節將屆，台電金門塔山發電廠攜手金門區營業處及除役選址溝通中心，舉辦「銀髮關懷│採購年貨活動」，由廠長陳啟賢率領志工團隊「一對一」陪同電廠周邊社區長者前往量販賣場採買年節必需品，並提供打包、運送到家的貼心服務，讓長輩與年貨一同平安返家，安心迎接新年。

活動於3日上午展開，台電動員人車前往前水頭、後豐港、賢庵、古城、夏興、后園及烈嶼鄉東林、湖下等地接送長者。志工陪伴長輩細心挑選年貨、協助整理裝箱並送回家中，讓獨居或行動不便的長者感受年節溫暖與關懷。

陳啟賢表示，金門因人口外流，許多長者獨自生活，面臨照顧與用電安全問題。塔山發電廠自104年起推動銀髮關懷系列活動，除年貨採購外，亦辦理家訪、用電檢查與圍爐餐會，實踐台電關懷社會的責任，持續將溫暖送進社區。

有民眾前往金門瓊林戰鬥坑道參觀，尚未離場時，坑道內燈光即遭關閉，出口也被上鎖，導致旅客一度受困於坑道之中，所幸最終平安脫困，引發外界對景點管理安全的關注。事件經曝光後，引起民眾議論，相關單位已介入了解。

對此，管理單位瓊林社區發展協會理事長蔡懷芝致歉，表示將全面檢討管理流程，加強清場確認與定時巡管，並規畫加裝監視器與相關設備，確保參觀安全，避免類似情況再次發生，未來也會加強人員教育訓練，提升旅遊品質。

115年第一次專門職業及技術人員高等考試營養師、護理師及社會工作師金門考區試務工作會議，於今3日召開，由金門縣政府秘書長張瑞心主持，針對考試期間試場規劃、試務分工及安全維護等事項進行整體說明與確認，確保考試順利進行。

此次考試訂於115年2月7日至8日舉行，為期兩天，試場設於國立金門大學，共設置4間試場，分別辦理電腦測驗及紙筆測驗，應考人數合計71人。其中，營養師及護理師考試採電腦測驗，試場位於圖資大樓1樓；社會工作師考試則採紙筆測驗，設於華僑教學大樓1樓。

航空警察局台北分局金門分駐所員警於今（3）日上午8時40分許，在尚義機場執行託運行李安檢勤務時，發現其中一行李內疑似有藏針頭及玻璃吸食器等物品，遂請物主到場開啟行李實施複檢，該旅客見事跡敗露，趁檢查之際意圖逃離現場，航警見狀立即將其圍捕到案並帶返分駐所偵辦。

航警指出，經查該名旅客為台籍李姓中年男子，後續於其身上及行李內查獲不明結晶、稀釋液、不明煙油及電子煙具等物，經現場初步檢驗均呈現毒品陽性反應，已嫌涉嫌違反毒品危害防制條例，全案移請福建金門地方檢察署偵辦。

農曆春節及元宵節即將到來，民眾常以施放爆竹煙火增添節慶氣氛。為確保公共安全，金門縣消防局局長呂英華提醒民眾，施放爆竹煙火務必遵守「1不2要」原則，共同維護生命財產安全，安心歡度佳節。

消防局指出，「1不」係指不得於法令限制之場所或區域內施放；「2要」則為須於合法時段內施放，並選擇經檢驗合格、貼有認可標示之煙火產品，以降低意外事故發生風險。消防局表示，歷年農曆春節及元宵節期間，仍有部分民眾違法施放爆竹煙火，已違反《金門縣爆竹煙火施放管制自治條例》，若因燃放餘燼引發田野火警，恐涉及刑法公共危險罪，對公共安全影響甚鉅。為防制違規情形，消防局將於115年農曆春節及元宵節期間，責請各分隊加強轄區巡邏及宣導，對於勸導無效、執意違規者，將依法舉發，以展現維護公共安全的決心。
