世界衛生組織指出，定期篩檢可有效降低多項疾病的風險，為了早期發現、早期治療，本縣衛生局與各醫療院所攜手為照顧縣民健康而努力，提供多項免費篩檢，只要符合資格，就能定期檢查，替自己的健康多一分保障。115年起國健署將「糞便抗原檢測胃幽門螺旋桿菌」納入公費篩檢項目，期民眾透過篩檢與健康生活型態，共同邁向健康「胃」來。

衛生局表示幽門螺旋桿菌不只和胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍有關，也與胃部慢性發炎和胃癌有關聯，及早發現幽門螺旋桿菌可以及早治療，國健署自今年起將「糞便抗原檢測胃幽門螺旋桿菌」正式納入公費篩檢項目，提供45至74歲民眾終身1次檢查，民眾可持健保卡至衛生福利部金門醫院、各衛生所、三大診所、吾家診所踴躍接受篩檢，檢測異常者可盡早接受除菌治療或進一步檢查，及早預防疾病發生。

為積極培育本縣公務人員人工智慧（AI）應用知能，呼應行政院推動AI公務人才培育政策，實踐「智慧科技島·數位新社會」願景，金門縣政府人事處19日與國家文官學院合作，辦理AI知能專題研習講座，以專書導讀形式引導同仁認識生成式AI及其在數位轉型中的應用。藉此推動學習型組織文化，培養主動學習風氣，進而提升行政效能、創新公共服務與優化政府治理。

本次講座特別邀請上鈞資訊服務有限公司教育總監蔡凱如擔任主講，以《當數位轉型碰上生成式AI》一書為導讀核心，向與會人員系統介紹數位知能的基礎概念與發展歷程，深入剖析AI時代對於個人與政府組織未來運作的影響。蔡總監本身擁有臺北市立大學資訊科學系碩士學歷，長年深耕於資訊服務領域，並現為數位發展部ODF推廣專案顧問，經驗豐富。

心保和尚開示，皈依就像人生找到依靠，有依靠就可破除煩惱，遠離無明；好比小孩有父母，花草樹木有陽光土壤，人若有三寶為皈依，才有幸福安樂的生活。鼓勵信眾皈依後要發心常回道場做菩薩義工，同時也能增長智慧。心保和尚說明開示「五戒」，指出「戒」不是束縛與阻礙，而是斷惡修善的根本，列舉佛陀的本生故事，佛陀降生、修行、成道都在人間，以戒為師，修行以成就解脫道，出離世間煩惱。

金門縣政府自115年春節起，正式將「歷經戰地政務時期55歲至64歲慰助酒品」轉型為發放每人總額12,000元的「感恩券」，並訂於1月30日開始發放，2月2日正式開放店家核銷，凡設籍於金門縣營業中具有統一編號之營業人，可於上班時間至本縣各戶政事務所辦理核銷。

確保兌付過程順暢無礙，縣府也提供縣籍商家感恩券核銷兌領指南：

1.核銷時間：115年2月2日起至116年1月31日止(遇假日順延)。

2.核銷資格：設籍金門縣具統一編號之店家(每一營業人每月限兌領一次)

3.核銷金額限制：需開立統一發票者，以每月核銷金額新臺幣200萬元為上限，計畫期間上限2200萬元，得一次申請核銷；免開立而以普通收據申請核銷者，以每月核銷金額15萬元為上限。

感恩券兌付按步走，店家核銷不卡卡!(縣府提供)

4.應備文件：

(1)已蓋妥營利事業印章或統一發票章的感恩券。

(2)營業人大小章或統一發票章及負責人私章。

(3)收款帳戶存摺影本(戶名應與公示資料表上之名稱相符，非土地銀行帳戶者將內扣手續費) 。

(4)稅籍或工商登記公示資料表等證明文件。

5.加速兌領秘訣：

(1)店家提前至核銷系統進行店家基本資料登錄

(2)感恩券100、500及1000元面額分開整理，正反一致，100張一捆。

(3)兌領前詳閱「金門縣歷經戰地政務時期五十五歲至六十四歲感恩券核銷作業須知」。

第19屆金門馬拉松即將於1月24日盛大登場，為讓來自各地的跑者與遊客除了參與賽事，也能深入體驗金門戰地風光與人文風情，金門縣政府於1月19日至2月6日，於「金門行動旅服」系統推出「金門找金喜－金門馬拉松」集金幣活動。邀請跑者與親友團在賽事之餘，走訪景點集金幣，一起玩遍金門、把好禮帶回家。

縣府為加強為民服務、傾聽民瘼，將於115年1月26日（星期一）下午3時至4時30分於縣府大禮堂舉行「縣長與鄉親有約」活動，由縣長陳福海帶領縣府團隊聽取鄉親建言、受理陳情等，縣府秉持「從傾聽民意開始，讓政策更周全、服務更到位。」的施政態度，積極聆聽鄉親的意見和建議，政府以最謙卑的態度面對問題，以最務實的方式解決問題，藉由每月縣府團隊與民眾的雙向溝通，提升行政效能與服務品質。

按縣府規劃，活動當日派駐工作人員接待鄉親，自下午3時受理登記至4時止，鄉親填具服務摘要後，依報到時間發給號碼牌，於初步了解案由後，依案件性質，引導陳情人至權責局(處)，由各該局(處)主管親自向陳情人解說，鄉親所提需求或需縣府協助處理之案件，將製成紀錄，現場除初步回應外，會後將由各業管單位，以公文書正式函復陳情人。另為減少民眾排隊等待時間，亦可事前於「金門縣政府民政處-業務專區-縣長與鄉親有約-服務摘要表件」下載使用。

金門縣太武山海印寺住持性海法師與真化師父帶領社團法人金門縣佛教弘法基金會董監事代表洪志合、王漢文、呂忠飛、許明坤、陳金盛、許明娥、吳素蘭及張含麗等人，於1月20日上午攜帶春節禮盒(電動按摩器具)二百一十五份，委由金門縣政府社會處轉送全縣獨居長者，由社會處王茲繐處長等陪同代表接受，王處長並代表陳福海縣長致贈感謝狀乙紙，感謝太武山海印寺弘法基金會長年來對本縣獨居長者關懷與照顧。

性海法師表示，春節前夕早晚溫差更大且近日又逢寒流來襲，呼籲請獨居長者及縣民們加強保暖，祈福大家平安健康。社會處王處長也指出，這項行之有年的年節送暖活動，每年均會連結社會處與五鄉鎮公所綜合志工隊，辦理訪視轄屬內獨居長者，除轉贈金門海印寺春節慰問品，並就其居住環境協助清潔打掃、關懷問安，希望獨居長輩度過平安溫馨的佳節；感謝熱心志工們長年來配合縣府，未來亦期許爭取各界資源及聯合地區志工力量，為需要關懷的人們伸出援手，弘揚志願服務「助人最樂、服務最榮」之信念，與鄉親們一同朝打造宜居島嶼的願景邁進。

金門山外社區日前舉辦「年末祈福進香團」活動，邀集社區居民共同參與，透過傳統進香儀式，為社區與鄉親祈求平安順遂。活動由英武山岩廟上香啟程，依序前往伍德宮、順濟宮、城隍廟系統、天后宮、觀音亭及金剛寺等多處重要信仰廟宇參拜，行程安排井然有序，在莊嚴肅穆的氛圍中圓滿完成。

本次進香活動吸引多位社區長者踴躍參與，長者們全程投入、精神飽滿，不僅展現對傳統信仰的虔誠，也在行程中彼此關懷、互相照應，成為活動順利進行的重要力量。透過共同參與進香行程，居民間的情感更加緊密，也有效凝聚社區向心力，展現山外社區團結和諧的精神。

山外社區表示，進香活動除延續地方宗教文化外，也積極配合政府節能減碳政策，呼籲參與民眾盡量勿自帶香燭、金紙及線香，改以集中供香方式減少焚燒，以降低空氣污染，實踐環保與信仰並行的理念。期盼在眾神庇佑與居民共同努力下，迎接平安、祥和的新一年。

世界華人工商婦女企管協會19日捐贈一輛價值新臺幣四百多萬元、具備先進配備的高規格救護車，配發金湖消防分隊並正式上路，肩負守護金門鄉親生命安全的重要任務。啟用典禮於昨日上午十時在消防局舉行，由副縣長李文良代表縣長陳福海出席，感謝世華跨海捐贈珍貴救護資源，為離島緊急救護體系注入即時助力。李文良表示，這輛救護車凝聚全球世華姊妹的愛心，是對第一線消防與救護同仁最大的支持與鼓舞，讓金門真切感受到國際社團的溫暖力量。

典禮中，李文良接受救護車象徵性大鑰匙，並回贈救護車模型及致贈感謝狀予世華總會、金門分會與金合利鋼刀，隨後進行啟鑰儀式，宣告救護車正式投入勤務，未來將優先支援急重症與高風險案件，補強第一線醫療與急救設備。李文良指出，金門地處離島，救護資源相對有限，救護車不只是交通工具，更是一間「移動的急診室」，是爭取黃金救援時間的重要生命線，世華的捐贈對離島而言是一場及時雨。

世華總會長林淑敏表示，此次捐贈的救護車搭載電動式擔架床、自動甦醒器、末端二氧化碳監測儀、影像式喉頭鏡及骨內穿刺系統等先進設備，可大幅提升到院前緊急救護品質。她也感謝大欣集團張秋進董事長伉儷、華星分會與金門分會會員的共同支持，讓跨海的大愛得以落實，成為守護離島生命的重要力量。

金門分會會長洪秀暖指出，本案由金門分會牽線促成，凝聚總會與各地分會力量，回應金門在急救資源上的實際需求，未來也期盼持續與縣府及消防局深化合作。消防局長呂英華表示，此次捐贈源於世華來金參訪後，深入了解離島救護的實務挑戰，並將關懷化為行動。消防局將善用這輛救護車並持續精進訓練，與各界攜手為金門建構更安全可靠的生命防護網。
