世界華人工商婦女企管協會19日捐贈一輛價值新臺幣四百多萬元、具備先進配備的高規格救護車，配發金湖消防分隊並正式上路，肩負守護金門鄉親生命安全的重要任務。啟用典禮於昨日上午十時在消防局舉行，由副縣長李文良代表縣長陳福海出席，感謝世華跨海捐贈珍貴救護資源，為離島緊急救護體系注入即時助力。李文良表示，這輛救護車凝聚全球世華姊妹的愛心，是對第一線消防與救護同仁最大的支持與鼓舞，讓金門真切感受到國際社團的溫暖力量。

典禮中，李文良接受救護車象徵性大鑰匙，並回贈救護車模型及致贈感謝狀予世華總會、金門分會與金合利鋼刀，隨後進行啟鑰儀式，宣告救護車正式投入勤務，未來將優先支援急重症與高風險案件，補強第一線醫療與急救設備。李文良指出，金門地處離島，救護資源相對有限，救護車不只是交通工具，更是一間「移動的急診室」，是爭取黃金救援時間的重要生命線，世華的捐贈對離島而言是一場及時雨。

世華總會長林淑敏表示，此次捐贈的救護車搭載電動式擔架床、自動甦醒器、末端二氧化碳監測儀、影像式喉頭鏡及骨內穿刺系統等先進設備，可大幅提升到院前緊急救護品質。她也感謝大欣集團張秋進董事長伉儷、華星分會與金門分會會員的共同支持，讓跨海的大愛得以落實，成為守護離島生命的重要力量。

金門分會會長洪秀暖指出，本案由金門分會牽線促成，凝聚總會與各地分會力量，回應金門在急救資源上的實際需求，未來也期盼持續與縣府及消防局深化合作。消防局長呂英華表示，此次捐贈源於世華來金參訪後，深入了解離島救護的實務挑戰，並將關懷化為行動。消防局將善用這輛救護車並持續精進訓練，與各界攜手為金門建構更安全可靠的生命防護網。

馬來西亞柔佛州金同廈會館會長陳泗欽、砂拉越金門會館主席洪益勤率團回金門省親，針對團員關心的兩岸問題，副縣長李文良說，如果從報章雜誌來看，是會比較緊張一點，但只要親自走一趟金門或廈門，可以感覺緊張的氛圍少一點，金門要在兩岸間取得平衡，是有智慧的。

陳泗欽、洪益勤及僑親一行18人拜會金門縣政府，副縣長李文良率社會處處長王茲繐、副處長王智育展開僑務交流，陳、洪對於僑親與金門的聯繫和兩岸近況表示關心。

李文良表示，只要到金門或廈門，大概緊張的氛圍會再少一點，金門縣政府還是會跟廈門市政府有一些事務上的對接；至於台北和中國北京，相對來講就會比較緊張一點，畢竟各自都有立場要表達，不論如何，金門都希望穩定發展。 相信會長和主席到金門，應該也會發現，金門好像沒有報章雜誌寫的那麼緊張，這不是說兩岸之間很穩定，而是金門和廈門之間還是有一些溝通的管道，和金門有關的訊息，相信台北和福建台辦方面也都能掌握，原則上金門還是相對安全，相對平安。

李文良說，針對陳泗欽邀請金門10月25日組團參加柔佛州金同廈會館成立60週年，由於屆時適逢縣長選舉期間，縣府較為忙碌，但會盡量安排人員前往共襄盛舉。 縣府表示，柔佛州金同廈會館最初籌組成立，是依據歷史淵源由金門、廈門、同安人3個籍貫組合而成，於1966年10月25日註冊成立；故有古諺：「無金不成同，金同本一家」。砂拉越金門會館的成立，旨在聯絡及聯繫同鄉情誼，照顧鄉親及社會的福利，促進教育及慈善公益事業之進展。1993年成立青年團與婦女組，獲鄉親支持，購得1棟4層樓會所。

金門縣政府（19）日召開「前瞻基礎建設計畫暨離島建設基金補助計畫114年度第4季執行情形檢討會議」，由副縣長陳祥麟主持，這也是他上任副縣長後首度主持的公開會議。會中針對前瞻基礎建設及離島建設基金多項列管計畫逐一檢視執行進度，要求各主責單位確實掌握期程，確保建設品質與效益 。

會議指出，前瞻基礎建設計畫中，列管經費達5,000萬元以上案件共計2案，其中1案進度正常、1案略有落後。針對落後的「金門自來水智慧型水網計畫」，陳祥麟要求相關單位加強進度控管，透過智慧管理與數據整合，提升供水效率並降低漏水率，確保計畫如期完成 。

受強烈東北季風南下影響，19日金門海域風浪顯著增強，平均風力達6至7陣風9級，浪高3公尺。海巡署金馬澎分署第十二巡防區於下午偵獲中國海警船於金門周邊海域編隊集結，海巡署立即啟動應變機制，調派巡防艇頂著惡劣海象前推部署，積極捍衛我國海域安全，將海警船全數驅離。

第十二巡防區19日14時許，偵獲中國海警船於金門南方水域外分兩處集結，海巡署立即調派巡防艇前推至限制水域預置部署。14時50分，中國海警4艘船，採兩兩一組模式，分別自料羅東方及烈嶼南方闖入金門限制水域，並相向航行。海巡艇立即採取趨前「一對一」併航監控，阻止海警船持續深入我方水域，期間透過中、英文無線電廣播，嚴正要求海警船轉向駛離。在海巡同仁不畏驚濤駭浪的嚴密應對下，海警船編隊最終於16時52分轉向全數航出我國限制水域。

為實踐「博物館島」理念，推動金門傳統宗族家廟文化由展示空間走入真實生活場域，金門縣文化局委由委由運籌機制計畫團隊國立臺灣師範大學辦理「島嶼博物館的動態文化體驗：家廟上樑儀式保存技術傳習」活動；並結合金門縣文化園區管理所、金門縣文化資產保存協會、金門城社區發展協會及金門縣辛氏宗親會等單位共同協辦。活動於民國115年1月19日（星期一）上午8點30分在金門城西門外辛氏家廟舉行，由江柏煒教授帶領參與學員，循著博物館與金門城聚落之文化路徑，實地走入仍持續運作中的宗族家廟營建與上樑祈福儀式現場講解導覽成果豐碩，活動圓滿成功。

門縣文化局局長陳榮昌於致詞時表示，金門的聚落與家廟是最能體現宗族文化的重要場域，透過將博物館的文化路徑研究與展示成果帶入家廟現場，不僅能深化民眾對傳統文化的理解，也有助於傳統宗族文化的活化與保存。金門縣文化園區管理所所長盧根陣亦指出，從博物館走進家廟，是串聯博物館與聚落生活最具代表性的文化路徑，充分展現「島嶼博物館」由館舍展區延伸至常民生活，實踐博物館「動態文化場域」的公共角色。

春節假期何處去，水試所烤肉趣！水試所115年春節農業展辦理「海陸煙燻大作戰」活動，即日起至1月22日（四）止受理抽籤登記，抽籤名額方面，初一(2月17日)至初三(2月19日)每日為正取20組，備取10組。

為迎接一年一度元宵佳節，由金門縣文化局主辦的「2026 金門元宵燈節」即將熱鬧登場。本次以「光舞樂園．馬躍金門・慶元宵」為主題，結合繽紛燈飾、童趣意象與濃厚節慶氛圍，打造適合親子同遊、夜間漫遊的節慶樂園，邀請民眾走入燈海，在金門的夜色中感受元宵的歡樂與溫馨。

本次元宵燈節燈組展示期間，將自 2 月 6 日（五）至 3 月 8 日（日），每日晚間 18:00 至翌日 05:00 於金城鎮莒光共融公園展出，透過主題燈飾與場域佈置，營造夜間觀光亮點，吸引民眾前來賞燈拍照、共度佳節。

配合元宵節週末人潮，主辦單位另規劃「特色市集」活動，將於 2月28 日（六）及 3 月 1 日（日）兩日限定登場，活動時間為每日 16:00 至 21:00，於燈會場域內同步舉辦，結合燈節氛圍與市集消費體驗，提升整體活動豐富度，讓民眾「賞燈＋逛市集」一次滿足。

本次特色市集預計招募主食、點心零食、飲料及文創特色商品等攤位，採線上報名、分類抽籤制辦理，以維持招商公平性與市集品質。攤位報名自1月21日(三)中午12時起開放，並於 1 月 28 日（三）23:59 截止；預計於 1 月 30 日（五）進行線上抽籤作業，並以公開透明方式辦理，

隨著冬意漸濃，全台各地的落羽松進入一年中最迷人的變色階段，由翠綠逐漸變為橘黃、深紅至紅褐色，像是自然為冬季披上的絢麗彩衣。這股季節限定的自然美景，尤其在林堡路沿線形成一條浪漫的 「金紅色大道」，吸引大批遊客與攝影愛好者前來欣賞與捕捉如畫的冬日風情。

落羽松屬落葉性針葉樹，是少數會在秋冬轉色的針葉樹種。每年約 12月起至翌年1月 是 變色及觀賞的最佳時機，隨著氣溫下降，葉片經歷由綠 → 黃 → 橘紅的色系漸變，最終呈現濃郁的紅褐調，打造出季節限定的夢幻景致。
