為鼓勵古崗村學子認真向上、勤於學習，金門縣「董氏宗親公益基金會（下簡稱本基金會）」每年度於開學季（9月1日至10月31）期間，均辦理該基金會年度獎學申請作業，受理「祖籍古崗」之學藝優秀及經濟不利子弟，期激勵學子努力向學，他日事業有成並能回饋鄉里，弘揚祖德。

本（113）學年度獎學金由該基金會董事長董燊教授邀集該會獎助學金審查小組審議通過得獎名單出爐，該基金會董事長董燊教授表示，包括國小至研究所階段學籍，今年總共有89人次獲頒獎學金，該基金會將由該會獎助學金審查小組逐戶頒發獎學金予這群品學兼優子弟，相關組別獲獎人數如下：  研究所組-共1名，獲獎學金新臺幣（下同）1萬元。  大學組：共29名（含1名助學金），各獲獎學金5,000元。  高中（職）組：共19名，各獲獎學金2,000-2,400元。  國中組：共10名，各獲獎學金1,200元。  國小組：共30名，各獲獎學金500元。

金門縣政府於本週四（25日）舉辦「金沙鎮沙美特色街區建築修復再利用示範工程」收規合脊祭祀祈福典禮，副縣長李文良蒞臨主持，與會貴賓有示範工程七棟建物屋主蔡鳳雛老師等人，以及金沙鎮鎮長吳有家、金沙鎮民代表會張成爵副主席、蔡連進代表、呂寶玉代表、沙美萬安堂管理委員會王添泉主任委員、城鄉發展處黃儒新處長、陳勝川建築師、閎昌營造陳榮贊先生共同參與。

金門縣消防局召開「114 年度醫療指導醫師會議」，由副局長陳國瑋主持，並由馬偕紀念醫院張國頌醫師、部立金門醫院吳秉樺醫師與許弘璟醫師擔任主要醫療指導團隊，共同檢視本縣高級救護技術員預立醫療流程的更新與強化方向。會中針對現行多項流程進行修訂，包含心肺功能停止流程整併、導入雙重除顫技術（DSED）、新增胺碘酮（Amiodarone）及止血酸（Tranexamic Acid）等藥物使用指引，以及補強呼吸困難、創傷處置與疑似缺血性胸痛之流程，全面提升救護品質。

消防局表示，流程更新的目的，是讓救護人員在面對心跳停止、心律不整、急性胸痛、重大創傷、呼吸困難等重症時，能依照最新且最具實證的標準作業處置。(消防局提供)

由衛福部社會及家庭署辦理之「114年度社區金點獎」23日在臺灣戲曲中心大表演廳舉行頒獎典禮，表揚致力於社區照顧關懷據點貢獻卓著的標竿團體及個人。金門縣金城鎮前水頭社區照顧關懷據點榮獲團體獎金點之星，為全國15個獲獎的社區照顧關懷據點其中之一，另其志工隊長許華玉摘下個人獎金點英雄，為衛福部辦理社區金點獎年11年來社區首次入圍就雙料獲獎的第二例，實為金門之驕傲及光榮。

明（115）年228假期自115年2月27日(週五)至3月1日(周日)有3天連假，交通部民用航空局（下稱民航局）規劃228連假航空疏運期為115年2月26日(週四)至3月2日(週一)，共計5天；本次228連假臺金管制航線將於114年12月29日（週一）上午9時起統一開放訂位。

縣府提醒鄉親及旅客，此次連假於尖峰時段115年2月26日至28日臺灣出發往金門方向，以及2月28日至3月2日金門出發往臺灣方向之機票，均會加註「限當日當班次」、「逾期作廢」之使用限制，俾使有限之空運資源獲得更有效之利用。

另縣府亦請鄉親旅客，於訂位完成日起3日內完成開票（例如12月29日訂票者，應於12月31日前完成開票)，以利民航局及航空公司儘早掌握旅客訂位情形並加速清艙作業，據以規劃後續加班機運能。如因故無法搭乘原訂航班時，務必於航班起飛前通知航空公司取消訂位，並至原開票處依原機票規定辦理退票以維護自身之權益。

桃園市金門同鄉會理事長林天福率理監事幹部一行33人，於12月22日上午率團至縣府拜會，受到縣長陳福海、社會處王智育副處長、方小萍科長及同仁等人熱烈接待，向來訪鄉親宣導縣府施政並與其意見交流話家常，大家聚在一起暢談家鄉事，充滿濃濃鄉情氛圍。

為因應高齡化社會趨勢，持續完善本縣老人福利政策，縣府於12月22日召開「金門縣老人福利推動小組114年度第2次會議」，由副主任委員張瑞心秘書長主持，會中除頒發新任委員黃雅芬委員、王茲繐委員聘書外，並針對老人福利政策推動情形、跨局處合作成果及未來精進方向進行綜合報告與討論，展現縣府積極打造高齡友善城市的決心。

為守護婦幼族群健康、積極推動母乳哺育政策，營造安心友善的哺乳環境，金門縣衛生局辦理「環境溫馨．媽媽安心—職場哺（集）乳室競賽」，透過正向鼓勵方式，邀請民間企業與公部門共同投入，打造更便利、溫馨且舒適的親善母乳哺育空間。

本次競賽由評審委員實地走訪各參賽單位，針對哺（集）乳室位置標示、環境清潔度、內部設備完善度、特色作法及親善創意等項目進行綜合評比。最終，金門縣金湖社會福利服務中心表現優異，再次脫穎而出，榮獲「特優」肯定，並獲頒新臺幣5,000元禮券及獎狀乙紙。其他獲獎單位包括金門縣金城綜合社會福利館及交通部民用航空局金門航空站獲「優等獎」，各獲3,000元禮券及獎狀；金門縣金湖托育資源中心（醫遊館）、金門酒廠實業股份有限公司及金門縣港務處則榮獲「親善獎」，各獲2,000元禮券及獎狀。 

金湖社會福利服務中心表示，哺集乳室的規劃與管理始終以媽媽實際使用需求為核心，兼顧安全性與便利性，設置多項人性化軟硬體設施，包括尿布台加裝安全扣環，降低嬰兒更換時的意外風險；洗手台提供冷熱水設備，讓媽媽在寒冷季節也能安心使用；同時建立即時回饋機制，作為設備維護與服務精進的重要依據，深獲評審委員肯定。

衛生局指出，今年參賽的哺集乳室各具特色，除基本設備完善外，多數單位更貼心準備哺乳枕、溢乳墊、濕紙巾、尿布等用品，讓哺乳家庭感受到如同在家般的溫馨與便利，充分展現金門縣對婦幼族群服務的重視與用心。衛生局也特別感謝所有參與單位對打造親善育兒環境的支持與投入，未來將持續輔導與推廣優良設施與管理經驗，全面提升金門縣母嬰友善環境的服務品質。
