第六屆烈嶼定向越野錦標賽暨樂遊健走活動，13日上午在東林複合式運動場熱鬧登場。活動結合定向越野競賽、樂遊健走、舞台展演、聖誕市集、兒童樂園及社區趣味競賽等多元內容，吸引眾多民眾參與，透過運動賽事搭配觀光體驗，展現烈嶼獨特的自然景觀與人文風貌。

烈嶼鄉公所表示，本次健走路線自東林複合式運動場出發，沿途規劃平緩安全路段，適合各年齡層民眾參與。活動現場安排多場舞台演出、社區趣味競賽與特色展攤，並設置兒童遊戲區與聖誕主題市集，營造親子同樂、充滿在地風情的休閒氛圍，讓民眾在運動之餘也能感受節慶歡樂。
定向越野委員會指出，定向越野是一項結合體能與智慧的戶外運動，參賽者需運用地圖與指北針，依比賽規則完成指定路線或在限定時間內取得最高積分。賽事形式包含個人賽、接力賽與團體賽，並依距離分為短、中、長距離賽。定向越野不僅考驗體力與速度，更重視臨場判斷與路線規劃能力，因此也被稱為「會思考的智慧型運動」，深受各年齡層運動愛好者喜愛。

農糧署為推動設施智慧化與永續經營，打造具韌性的現代農業體系，自106年起迄今累計輔導農民興建結構加強型溫網室設施已達2,852公頃，並積極推動智能防災設施與創新經營模式，以提升生產效能、促進產業升級。為肯定在設施農業深耕創新的優秀農民，農糧署於12月10日假嘉義大學國際會議廳舉行「第二屆設施農業之星」頒獎活動，表揚10位標竿農民，期能激勵更多農民投入設施栽培，共同展現智慧農業與永續經營的成果。

金門護國寺昨再次委託威力保全公司董事長洪志合大德捐款新台幣10萬元給國立金門大學，將善款用於「攜手飛揚-經濟不利學生助學及輔導」工作。金大校長陳建民博士特別親贈感謝狀，感謝護國寺長期以來對金大學生的照顧與協助，也承諾將善用專款為經濟不利學生打造安心就學環境。

為善盡國立大學社會責任，提升高教公共性，國立金門大學已連續多年透過教育部高教深耕計畫編列經費補助，同時也積極對外募款，最終希望讓教育部經費能與民間力量結合，發揮「一加一大於二」的效果。12日上午，位於金湖鎮山外市區的護國寺，再次委託威力保全公司董事長洪志合大德代表寺方帶來善款10萬元，指定用途挹注金大「攜手飛揚-經濟不利學生助學及輔導」計畫。由校長陳建民博士代表接受。

洪志合表示，金門護國寺以及地區許多宗教團體都非常關心金門大學，做為地區的「最高學府」，學生的表現特別具有指標性意義。針對校內的經濟不利與弱勢學生，更需要大家共同關懷與幫助。因此護國寺連續兩年都以善款捐助並指定用途的方式，襄贊金大的這項「攜手飛揚」計畫，希望將珍貴的社會資源用在最需要的學生身上。洪志合也肯定陳校長任內諸多建設與成就。帶領金大在艱困的大環境下，走出一條自己的路。

陳建民校長則回應指出，提升高教公共性、善盡社會責任，這是金大的使命。多年來金大透過「攜手飛揚」計畫已實質幫助無數經濟不利學生能安心在金門學習。此外，校內還有諸多由海外僑領或金門在地鄉賢捐助成立的獎學金，也都持續在做同樣的工作。陳建民校長特別親自致贈感謝狀，由威力保全公司董事長洪志合代表接受，以感謝護國寺慷慨解囊、雪中送炭，挹注計畫所需經費。校方承諾將善用捐款與補助，為弱勢學生打造安心就學環境，輔導弱勢學生無憂學習，期能於畢業後順利就業、翻轉人生。

在場見證的還有金大學務長董燊教授與學務處秘書鄭大行等同仁。董燊教授也說明學務處在執行經濟不利學生的輔導工作，多年來成效卓著深獲教育部肯定，補助經費也迭創新高。特別感謝護國寺以及寺方代表威力保全公司董事長洪志合大德，外部資源的挹注，不但充實經費，還可獲得教育部對等補助，真正讓社會善心與資源發揮「一加一大於二」的最大功效，嘉惠更多經濟不利學生。

另外，在經濟不利學生的輔導與獎助工作上，董燊強調，「攜手飛揚」不會要求學生相對提供「勞務」，更不會有任何「對價關係」，而是鼓勵學生積極參與校內講座、課外活動，或者參與企業實習、國內或國外交換計畫，抑或參加考試取得職業證照等，藉由學習與技能的訓練，期許這些孩子未來能在大學畢業之後找到好的工作，改變人生軌跡。

金門地區知名的沃皮斯運動用品店負責人盧松民，於11日送暖國立金門大學，針對校內經濟不利學生每人致贈新台幣2,000元運動用品禮金券，受惠學生可自由兌換鞋、襪、服飾等運動用品，總市值約8萬元。金大校長陳建民博士特別安排接見，代表校方與學生向盧松民表達誠摯感謝。盧松民也承諾未來將持續投入公益，並規劃明年與金大合作舉辦第二屆「沃皮斯盃」國際籃球邀請賽，期盼獲得校方支持。

從事運動鞋與運動用品銷售逾12年的盧松民，是道地金門人，長年關注地方教育與體育發展，除定期捐助地區中小學，也積極贊助各項運動賽事。今年暑假期間舉辦的「2025沃皮斯盃金城國際籃球邀請賽」，即由沃皮斯運動用品店及其所屬企業全力支持，成為金門多年來少見的國際級籃球盛會。盧松民表示，創業與經營過程中深受金門鄉親與社會各界支持，如今稍有能力，便希望回饋社會。考量大學生自主性較高，去年採球鞋兌換券方式，今年進一步升級為運動用品禮金券，共40份，每張面額2,000元，由校長陳建民代表受贈，學務長董燊與學務處同仁在場見證。

金大學務長董燊指出，為讓資源真正幫助到最需要的學生，校方請各系所主任推薦至少1名有實際需求的學生，再由學務處從經濟不利學生中，篩選年級較低、家庭條件較為艱困者，且去年已受贈者不再重複，以避免資源重疊。今年40位受贈學生中，包含金門籍、臺灣其他縣市學生，以及來自印尼等地的僑生，並首度將進修推廣部學生納入，由進修推廣中心推薦3名弱勢學員受惠。

校長陳建民對沃皮斯運動用品店負責人盧松民的暖心義舉表達高度肯定，並回贈由金大自行研發的產學合作文創伴手禮「黑蒜頭禮盒」，感謝其對弱勢學子的關懷。陳建民也肯定學務處在遴選過程中的用心，建議除品行表現外，也可兼顧學生課業狀況。對此，盧松民回應，未來若有成績優異且確有需要的學生，也可另以獎學金方式協助。雙方並就金門體育發展交流意見，盧松民表示，明年有意將第二屆「沃皮斯盃」移師金門大學舉辦，並擴大邀請日本等國際大學隊伍參賽；陳建民對此表達高度支持，並指示學務處協助協調，共同促成賽事，深化校地合作。

為持續精進本縣身心障礙福利服務，金門縣政府於今（114）年12月11日下午13時30分，假金門縣政府大禮堂召開「114年度第2次身心障礙者生涯轉銜個案管理暨職業重建服務聯繫會報」及「114年度第3次身心障礙者服務中心網絡合作聯繫會議」。會中由相關單位說明本年度個案管理、轉銜服務及就業服務等推動成果，並就跨網絡資源整合與合作方式進行討論，以期讓身障朋友獲得更完整與適切的支持服務。

金門縣消防局於今（11）日主管會報中，由呂英華局長將榮獲內政部113年度「強韌臺灣大規模風災震災整備與協作計畫」之「全國優等」獎座呈獻予陳福海縣長。陳縣長對於消防局及相關單位在防救災工作上的付出與努力表達高度肯定，並強調防災已不再是政府單打獨鬥的戰場，未來將持續透過公私協力機制的深化，使防災網絡從點擴大至面，將金門打造為具備高度韌性的宜居島嶼。

金門縣政府於114年12月10日假縣府第一會議室召開「114年度廉政會報」，由副縣長李文良主持，邀請外聘委員金門大學副校長高瑞新、顏郁芳教授以及國科會政風處方淳安處長與會指導，縣府各局處主管亦共同與會討論。

金門縣文化局主辦、國立金門大學合辦之「打開名人書坊」系列講座，於12月7日 在金門大學楊肅斌演講廳隆重登場，邀請到文壇重量級作家楊渡，以《文學的沉靜之心──談寫作當下》為題進行專題演講。本場活動吸引眾多文友參與，現場交流熱烈，並於講座後舉辦抽書活動，讓讀者將文學的祝福帶回家。

本縣自108年起陸續啟動停車收費，至今已有效提升停車周轉與使用效率，金門縣政府觀光處表示目前採「路邊停車」及「路外停車」2類型進行收費，由於路外停車場採柵欄機管制，亦要先繳費才能離場，近期接到許多民眾反映於「路邊」停車後，沒看到繳費通知單，導致延遲繳費衍生催繳通知單等，故本府再度提醒，停車繳費通知單均採夾於雨刷下，並由開單人員拍照存檔，目前已設置之「路邊」收費停車處及時間，如下：

• 金湖鎮：

新市里籃球場前。

【上午07：00至下午19：00】

林森路、臺灣銀行前。

【上午08：00至下午19：00】

• 金城鎮：民生路、中興路、鳳翔新莊、北堤路、民權路。

提醒民眾若有停放以上收費路段，請基於停車之事實，應主動查詢補繳，並依規定繳費。
