消防局救災救護指揮中心於(05)日14時00分接獲報案，指稱金城鎮大古崗村郊發生雜草火災，指揮中心隨即派遣各式消防車3輛、6名消防人員及2名義消前往搶救，由金寧分隊分隊長李岳峰擔任現場指揮官，經消防人員全力搶救，火勢迅速於10分鐘內獲得控制，成功防止延燒，並無人員傷亡，詳細起火原因由消防局火災調查科調查中。

消防局救災車組抵達後，發現現場為雜草燃燒，火勢猛烈且鄰近建築物，為防止火勢擴大延燒，現場指揮官分隊長李岳峰立即指揮佈署兩條水線，有效封鎖火勢蔓延方向，在確保水源供給無虞下進行滅火搶救。整起火災在優勢消防力及迅速正確的部署下，迅速控制火勢，燃燒面積約為500平方公尺，成功遏止災情擴大。

消防局第一大隊大隊長董必文提醒，時序進入秋季，東北季風強勁，民眾在使用火源時務必牢記「人離火熄」的基本原則，並應避免隨意焚燒雜草與垃圾，以降低引發火災的風險。

金門1名戴姓男子日前於全家便利超商-金門金城店購買遊戲點數，所幸超商店員主動詢問購買動機後察覺有異，立即報警請警方到場協助釐清，這才發現是網路交友愛情詐騙，成功阻止戴男遭受詐騙。

金城分局指出，戴姓男子在Wechat上認識一名陌生女性網友，經過一段時間的訊息交流後，戴男想約對方出來見面，誰知對方稱要出來見面需要一筆資金，便要求戴男購買新臺幣2萬元的遊戲點數卡給她，由於不諳點數購買流程便向超商店長及店員求助，2人察覺有異便立即通知金城派出所員警到場協助。

金門縣政府於(4)日早上九點三十分起，在金城鎮的浯江書院朱子祠內舉行簡單莊嚴的祭典儀式，由縣長陳福海擔任主祭，縣府一、二級機關主官管，以及鄉鎮長與會，依循古禮上香、獻花、行三鞠躬禮，感謝朱子開化禮教，開啟浯島文風，祭典莊嚴而隆重。

會後，陳福海表示，金門一座小島上，過去總共出了五十多位的進士，比起台灣的三十餘位，在比例上來說其實高出了許多，他也要求文化局與相關單位，應該要加強對於這方面的文史研究有更多著墨才是，如此才可以讓更多人認識到金門過往的鼎盛文風，這些人文歷史都是可以成為吸引遊客之處；他也認為，朱子祠可以的話也應該善加活用，成為大家造訪的點，他還引述每年成千上萬遊客早訪廈門，最重要的目的地就是為了鼓浪嶼，他也希望打造遊客想來金門旅遊的重要亮點。

金門縣政府今(4)日參加「ITF台北國際旅展」展前記者會，為「金門老兵召集令」及「金門島嶼生活節」等系列活動持續暖身宣傳，積極搶攻冬季旅遊市場。「ITF台北國際旅展」將於11月7日至10日在南港展覽館盛大登場，金門館攤位編號為M2417，邀請民眾走進金門館，體驗最道地的島嶼風情。

縣府觀光處副處長何桂泉表示，為落實陳福海縣長「友善金門、多元旅遊」施政理念，本次旅展金門館除展售在地特產與多元旅遊商品外，也同步宣傳「金門老兵召集令」（10/1-12/15）、「金門島嶼生活節」(10/5-115年2/28)、「2026金門馬拉松活動」三大主題活動，還有金沙鎮公所的「尋找風獅爺APP」互動體驗、烈嶼鄉公所的「烈嶼鄉芋頭季」、金湖鎮公所的「金湖九宮格」，讓民眾深入感受金門的歷史底蘊與節慶活力，並邀請大家在秋冬走進金門，體驗不一樣的旅遊樂趣。

金門四面環海，擁有豐富的海岸類型，包括泥灘、沙灘、岩礁、河口與紅樹林濕地等多種型態，其中也展現了金門潮間帶生態的多樣性；而隨著近年來軍管時期的結束，人為活動逐漸增加，金門的棲地環境也在悄然變化。

為了宣導棲地永續利用的重要性，水試所於10月中旬辦理《從台江內海啟程：棲地經營管理新典範》海洋環境教育活動(水產試驗所提供)

活動下半段則是前往后湖海濱公園進行田野調查，參加者個個帶著耙子及水桶，走進沙灘尋找貝類蹤跡，過程中邱老師也會不時帶給大家潮間帶上的各種趣聞，以及教導民眾如何辨別沙灘上的貝類，找出不同物種之間的差異性，而到了活動的尾聲，參加者將挖到的貝類置於墊板上量測殼長，也可觀察到許多花蛤存在不足2公分的情形，屬未完全成熟的個體，因此老師也向大家再次宣導「抓大放小」的重要性，透過放生未達成熟殼長的個體，實現金門海岸生態永續經營之目標。

為推動公益理念並回饋社會，公益愛行腳行動者李政全於11月4日至8日展開金門150公里徒步之旅，作為「第四屆公益愛行腳．徒步環寶島」活動的前哨站。期間，他特別造訪金門生命線協會捐款，象徵每一步都蘊含深切關懷與社會責任。

在捐款儀式上，金門生命線榮譽理事長、同時為中山大學管理學院企管博士班（DBA）二年級生的許雪芳表示，公益愛行腳是一場結合運動與公益的徒步壯舉，自中山大學EMBA發起以來已邁入第四屆，而她本人也自第一屆起年年參與。活動倡導「走到哪、捐到哪」理念，參與者每走一公里，對應捐出一定金額，並將善款捐贈予所信任之社福團體，透過平台共享收據，實現雙向滾動善款的公益模式。

許雪芳指出，公益愛行腳歷屆成效斐然。首屆在隊長陳鄭彥帶領下募得1,650萬元；第二屆由陳建志接棒，募款突破3,000萬元；第三屆由吳尚謙擔任隊長、施采萱擔任執行長，募集金額更高達6,000萬元。第四屆則由林治域接任隊長，將於11月15日自高雄出發、逆時針徒步環島900公里，預計23天走訪全台，目標募得3,000萬元善款，並串聯在地社福團體、校園、企業與醫療單位，展現民間版「大甲媽行腳」的感動與力量。活動口號為：「公益愛行腳、徒步環寶島、走路捐善款、世界更美好。」

李政全民國82年創立蘇菲雅婚紗社，目前已退居幕後。他表示，從創業歷程到人生轉折，歷經諸多挑戰與波折，因此在人生下半場，希望在能力所及範圍內回饋社會。熱愛運動的他，曾挑戰非洲與戈壁極地馬拉松，並以全自背方式完成賽程；兩年前一場浴室的意外暈倒，也讓他重新思索生命價值。這些經歷讓他學會放下執念、懂得知足珍惜。他期盼藉由此次行腳，不僅實踐公益，更讓身心靈沉澱，重新感受台灣土地的美好與力量。

此次公益行腳， 於11月1日從馬祖出發，完成南、北竿合計約40公里行腳後，旋即轉赴金門，於11月4日至8日之間徒步超過150公里，完成金門環島壯舉。隨後他將前往澎湖，並於11月15日至12月7日正式參與「第四屆公益愛行腳．徒步環寶島」活動，從高雄出發、逆時針走遍全台超過900公里。李政全以實際行動落實「走到哪、捐到哪」理念，用雙腳丈量台灣，用愛心鋪展善的循環，持續喚起社會關注與參與公益的正向能量。

為表揚誠信經營並積極推動電子發票的優良企業，財政部北區國稅局金門稽徵所主任謝月雲日前代表財政部部長，親赴金門頒發「114年度績優營業人」獎牌予金坊國際股份有限公司與存德中藥房兩家績優業者，肯定其在誠信報稅與支持政府稅務政策上的卓越表現。同時，北區國稅局也特別贈送由臺華窯設計的「玉堂春富貴」雕金瓷瓶，以表彰兩家公司對厚植國家財政的貢獻與支持。

金門稽徵所表示，績優營業人除誠實開立統一發票、依法申報納稅外，更積極配合政府推行電子發票政策，善盡企業社會責任，落實節能減碳目標。此舉不僅提升企業經營效率，也促進經濟、社會與環境的三重永續發展，足為其他業者表率。

據財政部北區國稅局統計，本年度共自轄區內逾60萬家營業人中，嚴選出133家績優營業人，獲獎比例僅為萬分之2.2，競爭激烈。金門地區僅有兩家業者獲獎，實屬難得。獲獎營業人於三年內可享多項稅務獎勵待遇，包括：由專人提供法令諮詢與協助、主動通報法規修正資訊、優先參與稅務宣導活動、以及在無重大違規情況下免列查核對象等，實質提升企業行政效率與營運穩定性。

金門稽徵所最後強調，企業誠信納稅是國家財政穩健與社會永續發展的基石。期盼更多業者加入雲端發票與ESG永續發展行列，攜手政府打造稅制共好環境，持續為金門與台灣的經濟發展注入強勁動能。

一、抽獎活動登錄自即日起至今年12月16日23:59止，參加本活動的對象限名城有線電視家庭收視戶（包含同戶籍內眷屬皆可參加），需依活動表單指示進行題目作答與基本資料填寫並提交完成，每人限獲取一次抽獎資格，重覆登錄者以最後一筆提交資料為主。

今年適逢「古寧頭戰役76週年」，為緬懷當年參戰官兵忠勇衛國的精神，陸軍金門防衛指揮部今（25）日於太武山公墓舉辦紀念活動，由指揮官黃中將主持，並邀請金門縣長陳福海、行政院金馬聯合服務中心執行長吳增允、3位鄉鎮長及防區三軍重要幹部等，共計2百餘人出席活動。

受到東北季風影響，金廈小三通航班本週開開停停，旅客行程受天氣牽動大亂。昨天上午短暫復航，但中午再度停航。今（24）日海象穩定恢復通航，還會有加班船輸運大量旅客。而今天清晨5點多，金門水頭碼頭就湧入許多未先訂票旅客，盼能候補搶到通往廈門的船票。

上午候補號碼排到至少1195號，現場人潮擠滿碼頭出境大廳。原本就訂好連假去廈門船票的旅客就很幸運，海象穩定可以順利成行。但有台灣來的旅客，原本預計到廈門旅遊，清晨6點到候補2百多號「等了三天才有機會過去，昨天開半天又停，機制真的很混亂！」
