感謝慈濟基金會、PaGamO、環境部及教育部的跨界合作，透過線上教育、互動學習與生活實踐，將環境教育知識轉化為具體行動，培養全民正確的環保與防災觀念。3月15日，金門縣政府與慈濟基金會在開瑄國小舉辦「慈濟×PaGamO金門縣縣市盃環保防災勇士PK賽」，上午9時熱鬧開賽，經過A、B組競賽及總決賽選出優勝者，部分選手將代表金門於4月12日赴台參加全球總決賽。

慈濟基金會指出，PaGamO為全球首創線上遊戲學習平台，結合環保、防災、科普、社會歷史等多元題材，讓孩子透過遊戲自主探索、學習知識並培養成就感。 慈濟基金會副執行長張濟舵也強調，比賽不僅是競技活動，更是教育過程，鼓勵學童從小學會愛護環境，為地球永續貢獻力量。

隨著金門大橋開通帶動產業轉型，小金門地區民宿與旅館產業蓬勃發展，然而旅館建築構造複雜、人流密集，火災風險遠高於一般建物。為因應旅遊旺季的消防安全，消防局日前於烈嶼轄內辦理「旅館實戰化火災搶救演練」，總計動員第一大隊、烈嶼、金城及金寧分隊共 9 輛消防車、19 名職義消參演，模擬高壓情境下的跨海支援與人命搜救任務。

烈嶼分隊地處獨立作戰區，即便在大橋通橋的情況下，於本島支援力量抵達前這段「初期救災空白期」考驗著烈嶼分隊第一時間的指揮調度能力。現場指揮官必須在支援未到前，針對搶救部署做出最精簡且高效的決策。本次演練模擬旅館3樓電機房起火，大量濃煙瞬間充斥走廊，2名旅客受困於房內。演練納入近期金門民宅火警的成功案例-受困民眾因「發現濃煙立即關門」而獲救的經驗，將此策略轉化為演練重點。演習過程中，消防局指揮中心（119）啟動「三方聯繫機制」，同時與受困旅客、現場指揮官保持通話，除了第一時間引導旅客就地避難，更迅速掌握受困人數與精確位置，協助入室搜救小組縮短搜索路徑，體現了「精準指揮、正確避難」的救災戰術。為強化臨場感，演練特別設置「情境官」角色，隨機下達大門深鎖需破門、救災水帶不足，甚至是消防同仁遭重物壓困等突發狀況，逼出參演人員的壓力底線，並同步啟動「緊急救援小組（RIT）」進行消防人員救助。另為提升搶救成效，避免消防人員承受過度工作負荷，亦加入災害現場「R.E.H.A.B後勤照護」演練，以建立完善救災輪替機制，因應日益複雜的救災型態。

據媒體報導，黨產會認定「國民黨金門縣黨部金沙鎮聯絡處」是不當黨產，並纏訟官司7年多，但因國民黨主席鄭麗文未繳交7萬多元的裁判費，直接讓該筆土地還給國家；藍營人士更指控，外界有人認為，鄭麗文與金門藍委陳玉珍不合，而有人故意挖坑，才導致該服務處「拱手讓人」。

面對「國民黨金門縣黨部金沙鎮聯絡處」慘遭收回，有藍營人士指出，外界認為鄭麗文與陳玉珍不合，而有人故意挖坑，才導致該服務處「拱手讓人」，尹乃菁立即否認：「完全沒有這回事」，她急忙解釋，這個訴訟也並不是在鄭麗文上任之後才出現，並認為這些言論都是地方或外界刻意見縫插針，要去挑撥相關問題。

海洋廢棄物目前已經成為世界各沿海國心頭之痛！有鑑於治理此疾有賴各國協力，海洋委員會今三月十六日於國立金門大學召開印太海洋廢棄物治理國際論壇，邀請日、韓、菲、印尼、越南、柬埔寨等國代表與我國海廢專家學者、NGO代表等對談，一起協力為印太海廢治理尋求解方。帛琉環境部長Steven Victor更是擔任本次主題演講人，介紹了帛琉的相關因應做法。

海洋委員主委管碧玲於致詞中表示，海洋是全球最重要、最寶貴的資產，同時提供人類食物、能源、礦產等，我們都是地球的一員，海洋廢棄物的治理是大家的共同責任！而海洋的遼闊與廣大，也注定海廢治理需要共同合作，需要各方的長期合作方能實現。她特別點出，金門兩地深受海廢處理之苦，耗費資金無數，近三年海委會也為此補助金門處理海廢經費 1382.2 萬元，補助馬祖的經費更是高達3095.7 萬元。

近期海象轉佳，中國海警無視國際情勢緊張仍越界侵擾金門海域，金馬澎分署第十二巡防區(16)日透過各式情監偵方式，掌握中國海警船集結情事，立即調度預置之巡防艇併航對應，強力驅離。

第十二巡防區於今日14時許偵獲中國海警船出現於金門周邊海域，立即迅速調動巡防艇能量，並前推至限制水域線上部署對應，14時50分，中國海警4艘船編隊航行，自金門外海航近金門南方海域，並自烈嶼南方航入我國水域，巡防艇立即快速對應及併航監控，並透過中、英文無線電廣播，強勢要求海警船轉向航離，中國海警船在我方巡防艇併航監控下，於1659時航出金門限制水域。

金門地區近日發生一起民眾遺失皮夾後，信用卡遭不明人士盜刷案件，消費金額近6萬元。金城分局接獲報案後立即展開調查，透過調閱商家消費紀錄及周邊監視器畫面，逐步釐清皮夾遺失後的流向並追查相關涉案對象。目前警方已查獲與案件相關的人證，全案正依程序持續偵辦中，並進一步釐清是否涉及侵占遺失物、詐欺等刑責。

警方表示，民眾外出時應妥善保管隨身財物，尤其是皮夾、信用卡及重要證件，以避免遺失後造成財務損失。若不慎遺失信用卡，應第一時間向發卡銀行辦理掛失止付，並儘速報警備案，以降低遭盜刷風險。同時也提醒，若拾獲他人遺失物品應送交警察機關或相關單位協助尋找失主，切勿據為己有，以免觸法。警方也將持續加強偵查作為，保障民眾財產安全。

13日上午7時51分，金門縣金湖鎮太湖路三段三多路口發生一起汽機車碰撞事故。63歲趙姓女子駕駛銀色自用小客車，沿太湖路三段由中正公園往畜試所方向行駛，於綠燈左轉時，與對向由38歲張姓女子騎乘直行的普通重型機車發生碰撞。事故造成張女右大腿骨裂，並有手腳及頭部擦挫傷，經送往衛福部金門醫院治療；小客車駕駛則未受傷。警方接獲通報後迅速到場處理並疏導交通，經對雙方駕駛實施酒測，初步排除酒後駕車情形，詳細肇事原因仍待進一步釐清。

金門縣警察局金湖分局提醒民眾，車輛行經交岔路口應減速慢行，並依路權規定行駛，轉彎車應禮讓直行車先行，左方車應禮讓右方車先行，進入路口前務必做好「減速、停、讓」的安全準備，以確保行車安全。警方也指出，若未依規定禮讓車輛，將依「道路交通管理處罰條例」第45條規定，處新臺幣600元以上、1,800元以下罰鍰。

為期13天的「2026台灣燈會」於昨（15）日在嘉義縣圓滿落幕，展期累計吸引超過1,000萬人次參訪。金門縣政府此次跨海打造「相遇金門：跳島趣」主題展區，攜手全新造型亮相的觀光小天使「阿特」、「風獅爺」及「戴勝」氣偶，結合金酒造型提燈與在地文創特色，在眾多展區中脫穎而出，成功成為燈會期間網友討論度極高的人氣焦點。

金門縣環境保護局為深化在地環境保護能量，推出「115年度環保服務類志工隊輔導補助計畫」，申請期間自3月10日起至4月30日止。今年適逢金門縣環保志工隊成立10週年，環保局邀請縣內已立案的社區發展協會及民間團體踴躍參與，共同加入守護環境的行列。

環保局表示，目前全縣已有36個社區成立環保志工隊，長期投入社區環境巡查、清潔維護及資源回收宣導等工作，今年預計再輔導成立2隊志工隊。新成立志工隊首年最高可申請1萬元補助，第二年起最高5,000元，志工須完成8小時環保基礎課程並由縣府投保意外保險，相關申請資料可至環保局官網下載或洽詢報名專線。
