金門縣金沙鎮山后鎮海宮附近13日晚間10時許驚傳林地火警，消防人員迅速出動前往搶救。受海邊強風影響，火勢迅速蔓延，現場燃燒面積逾10000平方公尺、約3000多坪，所幸無人員傷亡及財物損失。

消防局指揮中心表示，13日晚間10時22分接獲民眾報案，隨即派遣第二大隊金沙、金湖分隊，出動8輛消防車及15名消防人員趕赴現場灌救。由於起火點鄰近鎮海宮，加上深夜視線不良，現場指揮官立即佈署多條水線進行防護，全力阻隔火勢威脅周邊建築與林地。

陳玉珍說，鄭麗文當立委的時候，兩人分別是黨團正副書記長，是搭檔、夥伴，情同姊妹，非常的好。鄭麗文的個性跟她一樣，非常果決剛毅；相信鄭麗文和她一樣，不會在意這種想要見縫插針的無稽之談，也相信鄭麗文看到一定和她一樣一笑置之。

金門縣政府社會處於115年3月14日在金寧鄉榜林社區活動中心舉辦「社區共生主題進階課程」，圓滿達成預期目標。本次課程匯聚各鄉鎮公所社會課長、承辦人及社區發展協會幹部，透過實務對話與案例激盪，展現出金門基層社區對於議題發掘、行動設計及永續治理的高度使命感。

金大生命教育講座日前邀請國際基甸會中華基督希望全人關懷協會理事長曹秉堯擔任講座，在國立金門大學以「五百萬的祝福」為題，與師生分享他軍旅生涯中經歷的許多生命故事，勉勵學生珍愛生命，學習在每一次逆境中成長。為感謝國際基甸會及曹秉堯理事長，金大學務長董燊特別代表校方致贈感謝狀，也期待未來還有更多類似生命教育意義的講座能進入校園啟發學子。

該場生命教育講座，12日下午在國立金門大學教學行政大樓1樓運管多功能教室舉行，上百位師生出席。活動是由國際基甸會贊助，邀請中華基督希望全人關懷協會理事長曹秉堯擔任講座，講題是「五百萬的祝福」。曹秉堯初中畢業就進入中正國防幹部預備學校就讀，隨後進入陸軍軍官學校參加三軍十校聯合入伍訓練，結訓後進入海軍軍官學校就讀。後續因為體能素質等條件優異，被選入國防部特種部隊，拔階接受兩棲蛙人特戰訓練。進入部隊服役後，又被選送前往谷關空特部麗陽基地接受空降突擊兵訓練。前前後後，共經歷了五次煎熬萬分、猶如地獄般的入伍訓練。曹秉堯引述美國麥克阿瑟將軍的話：給我一百萬換取我的入伍回憶，我不願意。但給我一百萬要我重新入伍，我更不願意。因此引出他的講題五次入伍，總共五百萬的祝福。

金門縣都市計畫委員會13日召開會議，由縣府秘書長張瑞心主持，會中審議多項都市計畫及土地使用相關議題。包括金湖綜合體育館增建審議案，以及變更金門特定區細部計畫土地使用分區管制要點等案件，並討論授權都市設計審議委員會審議整體開發區角地退縮後建築配置困難案件，透過委員專業意見，持續完善金門整體都市發展規劃。

另外，會議也討論金城地區細部計畫土地使用分區管制與都市設計準則通盤檢討案，以及自然村專用區容許使用項目增列案。臨時動議中，也審議金沙鎮衛生所出入口雨遮增建工程，希望改善民眾進出時的遮雨需求。城鄉發展處表示，都市計畫委員會是金門重要的都市規劃審議平台，將持續透過專業討論，確保都市發展兼顧公共利益與地方需求。

為協助民眾迎接新氣象、搶先卡位好工作，勞動部勞動力發展署北基宜花金馬分署金門就業中心今天下午舉辦現場徵才活動，邀集3家在地企業參與，提供正職與兼職等多元職缺，吸引不少有求職或轉職需求的民眾到場了解職缺內容。主辦單位表示，透過與企業面對面交流，不僅能更清楚掌握工作條件，也有助於提升錄取機會。

此次徵才活動邀請零售與餐飲產業廠商參與，包括統一超商、養鍋石頭涮涮鍋金門金城店及双十八木金門金城門市等業者。金門就業中心指出，年後正值求職與轉職旺季，餐飲與零售業因應市場需求持續擴大徵才，相關職缺入門門檻較親民，也能累積顧客服務與團隊合作經驗。現場同時提供就業諮詢服務，協助求職者了解工作內容與勞動條件，鼓勵民眾把握機會，為新一年職涯開啟新的可能。

金門縣政府（13）日舉辦「115年政府採購監辦實務與契約變更暨爭議案例研析」課程，由主計處長王崑龍主持開場，並邀請行政院公共工程委員會專門委員徐偉峻擔任講師，透過系統化課程與案例解析，協助各機關人員深化政府採購法規與監辦實務的理解，提升採購作業專業能力與行政品質。

為讓不同時間到訪金門的旅客也能參與「水獺阿特快閃：島嶼探險之旅」活動，金門縣政府觀光處推出金沙加碼場次，自115年3月至6月指定週六（主題活動日除外）於金沙戲院設置服務台，提供集章卡領取與抽獎活動。旅客依集章卡任務完成2枚印章後，即可返回服務台參加抽獎，獎品數量有限，送完為止。

縣長陳福海表示，縣府持續推動「友善金門、多元旅遊」，透過輕鬆有趣的活動方式，引導旅客走入街區、認識在地文化特色，同時帶動商圈及社區觀光發展，創造觀光與地方共榮。觀光處指出，本次金沙加碼場採「領卡、集章、抽獎」簡單玩法，鼓勵旅客走訪沙美街區並於金沙地區商家消費，完成任務即可參加抽獎。

觀光處說明，活動受理時間為每週六上午10時至下午4時（中午12時至1時暫停受理），地點在金沙戲院活動服務台。參加對象以非設籍金門縣旅客為原則，需出示來金機票或船票及身分證明文件，每人限領1張集章卡。相關活動資訊及最新消息，可至「金門島嶼生活節」臉書粉絲專頁查詢。

為減輕旅臺鄉親清明返鄉經濟負擔並紓解臺金航線空運壓力，金門縣政府將於清明連假期間租賃客船航行臺中至金門往返1航次，並自3月16日起開放訂位。專船預計4月2日晚上11時由臺中港啟航，隔日上午8時抵達金門料羅港；回程則於4月6日上午11時自料羅港出發，晚間8時抵達臺中港，航程約8至9小時。

縣府觀光處表示，縣長陳福海相當關心旅臺鄉親清明返鄉祭祖需求，除要求相關單位做好掃墓期間各項服務外，也依循往例規劃臺金專船，提供鄉親返鄉另一項交通選擇。專船單程可載運300人，將以金門旅臺鄉親優先搭乘，如仍有名額，將視情況開放一般民眾搭乘來金旅遊。

本次船票一般民眾單程500元，65歲以上長者、12歲以下兒童、學生及身心障礙者等特殊身分單程300元，低收入戶則可免費搭乘。乘客可於3月16日至3月27日每日9時至17時向各地登記窗口辦理訂票，亦可電話預約後於2日內完成匯款。

縣府提醒，如航行前3日因天候因素或搭乘人數未達船舶運能55%，航次將取消。相關訂票與接駁資訊可洽各縣市登記窗口，或向金門縣政府觀光處查詢。
