金門年度文化盛事「2026金寧鄉石蚵文化季」將於4月1日登場，活動持續至5月30日，其中「千人剝蚵大挑戰」將於4月18日舉行，主活動則於4月25日至26日在金門大橋金寧端周邊廣場登場。金寧鄉公所12日於古寧村辦公處舉辦記者會，由副縣長陳祥麟與鄉長楊忠俊共同主持，邀集縣府、地方民代及學校、社區代表到場。陳祥麟表示，石蚵文化季結合觀光、文化與產業特色，透過系列活動推廣金寧石蚵文化。

金寧鄉公所表示，今年規劃五大系列活動，包括觀光遊程、千人剝蚵體驗、學童潮間帶教育，以及文化季主活動，結合音樂表演、社區展演、親子遊樂與烤蚵體驗等內容，同時推出學童繪圖贈禮與兒童園遊券，鼓勵親子參與，邀請民眾走進金寧感受金門春日海味與文化魅力。

金門縣消防局在「韌性臺灣－強化各類型義消科技化訓練與精進裝備中程計畫」114年度管考評比中，於全國23個單位中脫穎而出，榮獲特優第1名。消防局長呂英華13日出席內政部消防署擴大署務會報，由內政部長劉世芳親自頒獎肯定。呂英華表示，未來將持續強化義消訓練與裝備，提升救災救護量能，守護鄉親安全。

消防署推動該中程計畫期程為113年至118年，金門縣消防局於114年成功向中央爭取補助經費140萬8,995元，用於強化義消組織運作、提升訓練品質並充實裝備器材。近年已陸續完成特搜、無人機、後勤、企業、救護及水域等機能型義消訓練，同時辦理BLS基本救命術課程及無人機、救災機器人整合訓練，提升義消科技化救災能力。

在裝備方面，消防局分年採購消防衣帽鞋、空氣呼吸器組件及水域與救護裝備，並配發義消個人急救包IFAK，逐步補齊救災所需設備。消防局表示，未來將持續推動人力招募、教育訓練及裝備精進，全面提升義消協勤效能，強化整體防災救援能力，讓民眾生活更加安全。

金門國家公園管理處表示，太武山後山（屏東段）道路已完成修繕，通行恢復，為接續玉章路前山段施工，自115年3月4日起將重新封閉，進行路面拓寬、鋪面改善及景觀亮點營造，預計於115年7月完工（完工日期另行公告）。

金管處提醒，施工期間登山民眾請將車輛停放於山下屏東文康中心停車場，後山道路坡度陡、彎道多，車輛須減速慢行，並遵守現場交通標誌與指示。民眾若有通行或施工進度相關問題。

為提升高齡教育服務品質，金門縣政府召開「115年度樂齡學習中心學習訪視輔導暨聯繫會報」，強化在地終身學習推動。會中由教育處處長黃雅芬頒發聘書，聘任陳龍安、王茲繐、許美鳳、葉肅科及陳雅蘭等五位輔導委員，協助樂齡學習中心在課程規劃與發展策略上提供專業建議。同時頒發樂齡專業講師證明，114年度共有64人參與培訓，經評量後39人通過認證，未來將深入社區開設藝術、數位學習、健康促進與生活技能等多元課程，帶動長者持續學習。

縣府表示，依統計金門55歲以上人口比例已達38.5%，顯示逐步邁入超高齡社會。目前樂齡學習服務已達村里行政區100%全覆蓋，讓長者能就近參與學習活動。未來將持續深化樂齡學習網絡，鼓勵長者走出家門、參與社區，打造健康、活躍的高齡生活環境。

民國115年清明節將屆，為讓民眾都能順利返鄉祭祖，金門縣政府積極與交通部民用航空局協調，爭取台金空運運能，期能滿足鄉親搭機需求。縣府表示，台金空運第一波訂位已結束，經查部份航線需求較高，仍有部分鄉親未能順利訂到機位返鄉，因此將啟動鄉親未訂妥機位調查，據以向民航局及各航空公司爭取加開班機。

縣府說明，此次調查受理時間為3月16日至19日共計4天，調查台金5條航線機位未訂妥之鄉親需求，民眾可透過網路系統登記，或於上班時間洽縣府縣民服務中心協助登錄需求資訊，為儘速協調清明節運能需求，將於調查結束後立即統計鄉親需求，以便彙整向民航局協調運能。

楊皓傑，社團法人臺灣漂泊少年靠岸協會（簡稱「漂丿少年家」）理事長，談起自己少年時的樣子，沒有掩飾，反而像是在細數另一個曾經的自己。在國中那段年少輕狂的歲月裡，他是學校眼中的「問題學生」。行為叛逆、不服管教、甚至與老師發生衝突│這些標籤，幾乎把他與未來可能性劃上句點。直到有一天，被一位輔導老師與校外社工找來約談。他本以為又要挨罵、記過，但那場談話卻成為命運的轉折點。
「他們沒有要處罰我，而是真的在聽我說話、在了解我，這跟其他大人很不一樣。」楊皓傑回憶，那是第一次，他感覺到「自己不是誰都放棄的人」。

這份被理解的感受，就這樣種在他心裡。升上高職，他選了汽車科，原本只是想學點技能，不再惹事。但在過程中，他開始思考未來的方向。直到上了大學，進入社工系，他才真正確定，「我想成為像當年那兩位老師一樣的人，陪伴那些跟我以前一樣、迷惘又無處可去的少年。」

金門縣政府（12）日在水頭港擴建區舉辦「115年植樹節活動」，邀集中央與地方民意代表、各界團體及學校師生共同參與植樹行動，由副縣長李文良主持，現場種下多種適地樹種，預計完成近3800株植樹作業，為金門港區增添綠意。

金門縣府表示，此次植樹選用黃槿、海檬果、白千層及水黃皮等適合當地環境的喬灌木，未來將逐步完成港區周邊綠化。李文良致詞指出，水頭港是旅客進出金門的重要門戶，也是鄉親往返的重要交通節點，透過植樹與景觀的營造，不僅能提升環境品質，也能展現金門良好的島嶼形象。他也感謝慈心有機農業發展基金會協助媒合企業捐贈「水寶盆」，有效提升造林的存活率。

國立金門大學第五任校長遴選結果於（11）日揭曉，經過遴選委員會一整天的會議與投票，現任學術副校長洪集輝教授在三位優秀候選人中脫穎而出，獲推選為新任校長人選。後續將依規定報請教育部核定聘任，帶領金大邁向新里程。

洪集輝11日接受採訪時，除展現其深耕校務多年的穩健氣度外，更提出幾項治校倡議，宣示將金大打造成具備社會責任的大學以及將金門建設成永續跟韌性的島嶼。

金門縣政府針對曾申請修復獎助、目前處於閒置狀態的傳統建築，推出「傳統建築租賃資訊服務」，協助整合並公開租賃資訊。縣府透過現況調查了解建築閒置原因及屋主出租意願，並在取得所有權人或管理人授權後，將相關資料公開於城鄉發展處網站，提供民眾透明且便利的查詢管道。此舉不僅提升老屋曝光度，也為有意承租、體驗金門文化生活的民眾提供更多選擇。

縣府表示，投入傳統建築風貌維護已逾20年，成果廣受肯定，但修復只是保存文化的第一步，若缺乏日常使用與維護，建築仍可能因自然風化而加速損壞。因此縣府積極推動空間活化與再利用，期盼透過引入居住與生活機能，延長建築使用壽命，同時帶動社區活力與地方發展。

為改善古厝修復後閒置的情形，縣府團隊主動與屋主溝通，針對已修復的傳統建築進行普查，確認租賃意向與需求，並建立包括空間特色、周邊環境、內部格局及預期租金等基礎資料，整理為客觀介紹並公告於網站，打造便利的資訊交流平台。城鄉發展處指出，金門古厝具有濃厚閩南風情與獨特生活氛圍，深受許多嚮往在地文化生活者青睞，透過租賃媒合，讓老屋持有人活化資產，也讓傳統建築在現代生活中持續發揮價值。

金門縣政府社會處於3月12日下午2時，在中山林遊客中心荳咖啡室辦理「115年度第一次鄉鎮公所社區培力策略工作坊暨業務聯繫會報」，邀集五鄉鎮公所課長及社區業務承辦人參與。活動透過回顧近年社區量能盤點成果，協助各公所依據轄區現況調整輔導方向，進一步強化社區培力策略。縣長陳福海表示，社區是地方治理的重要基礎，鄉鎮公所更是連結縣府與居民的關鍵橋梁，縣府將持續支持公所推動社區培力、長照服務、弱勢關懷及環境營造等工作，打造更宜居且具永續發展的社區環境。

本次工作坊延續去年度「共生資源地圖」成果，並首次導入AI工具操作，引導公所運用科技分析轄區共生資源，透過分組討論與經驗交流，逐步建構更符合在地需求的社區培力策略。活動結束後，社會處並召開「115年縣府與公所社區業務聯繫會報暨督導考核」，由各單位分享社區發展成果與面臨挑戰，研議可行改善方向。社會處處長王茲繐表示，鄉鎮公所是社區工作的第一線夥伴，透過工作坊與聯繫會報交流，不僅能強化合作網絡，也有助於掌握社區發展趨勢，期盼將相關策略落實於各社區，持續推動金門社區共生、共好與共榮發展。
