消防車組抵達時，目視民宅4樓持續冒煙，第一大隊副大隊長戴紹恩即刻指揮，部署水線由正面入室射水搶救，義消同步支援，在優勢人力下，火勢約6分鐘內受控並撲滅，未發生延燒。

行政院公共工程委員會於115年1月21日舉行第25屆公共工程金質獎頒獎典禮，港務處以「水頭港大型旅客服務中心新建工程」榮獲「公共工程品質優良獎」建築類佳作，顯現本案在工程品質、施工管理、整體規劃及執行成效等面向，深獲評審委員肯定。

水頭港大型旅客服務中心座落於水頭港內港區南岸，建築為4層樓鋼構，總樓地板面積約36,000平方公尺，一樓為入境層、三樓為出境層，透過完善的旅客動線分流，提供寬敞明亮且高效率的通關服務空間，大幅提升航廈服務水準，並帶動地區產業及觀光發展。同時也配合中央推動「郵輪直靠」政策停泊國際萬噸級郵輪，新增S4、S5碼頭岸際廊道設施，使金門港具備接軌國際，為地方觀光與產業發展注入新動能。

本工程除著重建築機能與服務品質外，亦高度重視工程管理與施工安全，施工期間即曾榮獲勞動部113年「第18屆推動職業安全衛生優良工程金安獎」肯定，並於本次再獲公共工程金質獎，展現本案在安全、品質與工程治理面向之整體成果。施工團隊於工程執行過程中，導入BIM整合管理、智慧工地及多項科技監控措施，兼顧施工效率、作業安全與工程品質，建立公共工程良好示範。

金門縣政府於20日召開「115年扎根零歲政策推動委員會」，整合社會處、教育處、文化局、衛生局及家庭教育中心等五大局處資源，聚焦幼兒成長初期的教育與照顧需求。縣府指出，政策旨在從嬰幼兒出生起就提供系統化、跨階段的支持，期望透過資源整合與跨局處合作，打造更完善的育兒環境。

會議中，相關單位說明政策白皮書內容，並分享專家學者意見，建立涵蓋十大服務主題，包括孕產婦照護、嬰幼兒健康、親職教育、托育資源、幼教環境、早期療育、親子共讀以及跨域合作等，旨在全面滿足幼兒及家庭的各項需求。政策白皮書也提出具體行動方案，並規劃持續辦理各項教育與支持活動，以落實幼兒成長與發展目標。

縣府表示，未來將持續檢視政策執行成效，調整資源分配與協作方式，確保各項服務能有效落實於實際育兒環境中，進一步提升幼兒教育與家庭支持品質。透過扎根零歲教育政策，縣府希望為幼兒提供更完整、周全的學習與照顧體系，讓金門的孩子在成長初期就能獲得多方支持。

「2026金門馬拉松」將於今年1月24、25日登場，賽事共分為兩天舉辦，1月24日健康休閒組於本縣運動發展中心田徑場率先開跑；競賽組則於翌日（1月25日）在行政院金馬聯合服務中心前廣場開跑，因應活動可能帶來之人潮與車潮，金門縣警察局將於活動周邊道路實施交通疏導管制工作，以維道路之行車順暢及人車安全，並呼籲前往參與之民眾及行經該路段之駕駛人配合員警之指揮。

本次活動由金門縣政府及社團法人中華民國路跑協會金門分會共同主辦，交通管制時間分別為1月24日自上午5時起至12時止、1月25日自上午5時起至14時止，為維護參賽選手安全及避免交通事故發生，行經車輛請依照現場執勤警察或義交指揮方向行駛，並利用替代道路錯開管制時間及路段，禮讓選手優先通過，活動期間視各路段、區域交通狀況及選手密集度，採短時間管制道路通行，待多數選手通過後解除管制，以確保活動順利進行，維護用路人安全。

1月24日（星期六）活動交通疏導管制措施如下：（如道路管制公告）

一、會場周邊道路封閉管制路段：

(一)民族路（民族路／民權路路口至民族路／民權路30巷路口）、浯江北堤路本縣運動發展中心田徑場路段及本縣運動發展中心游泳池周邊路段，上午5時至12時所有車輛禁止進入。

(二)行政院金馬聯合服務中心前廣場及賽事起（終）點拱門路段，所有車輛禁止通行。

二、道路封閉管制路段：

(一)浯江北堤路（浯江北堤路／西海路三段路口至浯江北堤路／環島西路一段路口），7時10分至9時雙向管制車輛通行。

(二)環島西路一段（環島西路一段／浯江北堤路路口至環島西路一段／賢城路路口），7時10分至10時雙向管制車輛通行。

(三)金山路（金山路／環島西路一段路口至金山路／浯江路路口），7時10分至9時30分雙向管制車輛通行。

(四)庵前村莊道路（庵前村莊資源回收廠端／金山路路口至庵前村莊金門縣審計室端／環島西路一段路口），7時10分至10時雙向管制車輛通行。

(五)賢城路（賢城路／環島西路一段路口至賢城路／西海路三段路口），7時10分至10時雙向管制車輛通行。

三、優先禮讓參賽選手路段：

浯江北堤路、西海路三段、環島西路一段、金山路、庵前村莊、賢城路等賽事道路，7時至10時請減速暫停禮讓參賽選手優先通過。

四、禁止路邊停車路段：

金城鎮浯江北堤路本縣運動發展中心田徑場路段、民族路（民族路／西海路三段路口至民族路／民權路30巷路口）、本縣運動發展中心游泳池周邊路段及賽道沿線路段，5時至12時禁止路邊、路外停放車輛（含機車）及臨時停車。

為迎接新春佳節，我們金門縣畜產試驗所特別於迎新春農業展期間，規劃在農曆正月初一至初三辦理「春耕牛耕體驗活動」。希望透過這項活動，邀請民眾走進畜試所園區，在走春踏青的同時，也能親近土地、感受傳統農耕文化的深厚底蘊，為新的一年增添不一樣的年節記憶。

畜試所代理所長李佳發表示，活動現場將重現早期農村常見的「一牛一犁」耕作景象，由專業人員進行牛耕示範，並開放民眾實際體驗。我們期待大小朋友都能藉此認識黃牛在農業發展中的重要角色，體會過去農民與牛隻相互扶持、與土地和諧共生的生活智慧，讓傳統農耕技藝不只是書本記憶，而是能被親眼看見、親身感受。

邀請鄉親與遊客在新春期間蒞臨畜產試驗所，一同見證傳統農耕文化的生命力。透過這場春耕牛耕體驗活動，我們也希望為新的一年帶來勤奮、踏實與豐收的好兆頭，讓傳統文化在新春佳節中持續傳承、發光發熱。

世界衛生組織指出，定期篩檢可有效降低多項疾病的風險，為了早期發現、早期治療，本縣衛生局與各醫療院所攜手為照顧縣民健康而努力，提供多項免費篩檢，只要符合資格，就能定期檢查，替自己的健康多一分保障。115年起國健署將「糞便抗原檢測胃幽門螺旋桿菌」納入公費篩檢項目，期民眾透過篩檢與健康生活型態，共同邁向健康「胃」來。

衛生局表示幽門螺旋桿菌不只和胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍有關，也與胃部慢性發炎和胃癌有關聯，及早發現幽門螺旋桿菌可以及早治療，國健署自今年起將「糞便抗原檢測胃幽門螺旋桿菌」正式納入公費篩檢項目，提供45至74歲民眾終身1次檢查，民眾可持健保卡至衛生福利部金門醫院、各衛生所、三大診所、吾家診所踴躍接受篩檢，檢測異常者可盡早接受除菌治療或進一步檢查，及早預防疾病發生。

為積極培育本縣公務人員人工智慧（AI）應用知能，呼應行政院推動AI公務人才培育政策，實踐「智慧科技島·數位新社會」願景，金門縣政府人事處19日與國家文官學院合作，辦理AI知能專題研習講座，以專書導讀形式引導同仁認識生成式AI及其在數位轉型中的應用。藉此推動學習型組織文化，培養主動學習風氣，進而提升行政效能、創新公共服務與優化政府治理。

心保和尚開示，皈依就像人生找到依靠，有依靠就可破除煩惱，遠離無明；好比小孩有父母，花草樹木有陽光土壤，人若有三寶為皈依，才有幸福安樂的生活。鼓勵信眾皈依後要發心常回道場做菩薩義工，同時也能增長智慧。心保和尚說明開示「五戒」，指出「戒」不是束縛與阻礙，而是斷惡修善的根本，列舉佛陀的本生故事，佛陀降生、修行、成道都在人間，以戒為師，修行以成就解脫道，出離世間煩惱。

金門縣政府自115年春節起，正式將「歷經戰地政務時期55歲至64歲慰助酒品」轉型為發放每人總額12,000元的「感恩券」，並訂於1月30日開始發放，2月2日正式開放店家核銷，凡設籍於金門縣營業中具有統一編號之營業人，可於上班時間至本縣各戶政事務所辦理核銷。

確保兌付過程順暢無礙，縣府也提供縣籍商家感恩券核銷兌領指南：

1.核銷時間：115年2月2日起至116年1月31日止(遇假日順延)。

2.核銷資格：設籍金門縣具統一編號之店家(每一營業人每月限兌領一次)

3.核銷金額限制：需開立統一發票者，以每月核銷金額新臺幣200萬元為上限，計畫期間上限2200萬元，得一次申請核銷；免開立而以普通收據申請核銷者，以每月核銷金額15萬元為上限。

感恩券兌付按步走，店家核銷不卡卡!(縣府提供)

4.應備文件：

(1)已蓋妥營利事業印章或統一發票章的感恩券。

(2)營業人大小章或統一發票章及負責人私章。

(3)收款帳戶存摺影本(戶名應與公示資料表上之名稱相符，非土地銀行帳戶者將內扣手續費) 。

(4)稅籍或工商登記公示資料表等證明文件。

5.加速兌領秘訣：

(1)店家提前至核銷系統進行店家基本資料登錄

(2)感恩券100、500及1000元面額分開整理，正反一致，100張一捆。

(3)兌領前詳閱「金門縣歷經戰地政務時期五十五歲至六十四歲感恩券核銷作業須知」。
