為推動全民防災觀念，內政部12日下午2時於金門浯島城隍廟舉辦第16場台灣全民安全指引宣講會，由行政院政務委員 季連成、內政部主任秘書黃駿逸及金門縣政府警察局長黃壬聰主講，現場聚集200多位民眾熱情參與，金門縣副縣長李文良、金門防衛指揮部指揮官黃先任中將及金門縣後備服務中心主任許澤鑫上校也蒞臨現場。黃駿逸表示，《台灣全民安全指引》是內政部透過民政團隊發送，而離島是最先配送，這本書最重要就是要告訴大家面對災害有準備更安全的觀念，希望家家戶戶都能從小扎根防災意識。
