為落實中央新住民家庭服務政策，強化跨機關資源整合，金門縣政府於114年12月26日下午在縣府大禮堂召開「114年度第2次新住民事務推動委員會暨新住民家庭服務中心業務聯繫會報」，由副縣長李文良主持，本委員會委員除有社會處處長王茲繐、教育處長黃雅芬、民政處處長許慧婷、警察局局長黃壬聰、衛生局局長李金治等縣府相關單位的局處長外，亦聘任中央駐金單位、學者專家及新住民團體代表擔任委員，包括金門縣榮民服務處處長劉信義、移民署金門服務站鄭明昌主任、國立金門大學顏郁芳特聘教授、國立金門大學童小珠副教授、金門縣新移民公共事務協會理事長張莉、金門縣新住民互助協會理事長王艷萍、金門縣新移民關懷協會理事長張丹、金門縣新二代兩岸交流協會理事長羅建華、金門縣新女性權益協會理事長戴紅，金門縣南洋姐妹會理事長李麗美等17位委員。會中邀集縣府相關局處、社政、衛政、教育、勞政、警政各相關網絡單位及在地新住民團體代表出席，共同盤點本年度新住民服務成效，並針對未來照顧輔導措施進行交流討論。

縣府表示，新住民已成為在地社會重要的一環，縣府持續配合內政部移民署新住民家庭服務政策及相關計畫，透過整合中央與地方資源，推動生活適應、家庭支持、就業協助、子女照顧及多元文化融合等服務，期能提供新住民家庭更周全、即時的支持。
