春節連假期間，陳福海於假期首日前往金城傳統市場視察年節採買情形，與鄉親及攤商面對面寒暄互動，關心年貨供需與整體銷售狀況。當天縣長逐一致贈福袋，向採買民眾、攤商及遊客拜年，市場內人潮絡繹不絕，年味濃厚。
縣府表示，春節期間市場生鮮蔬果、雞鴨魚肉及各式應景食品供應穩定、價格平穩，整體交易情形良好。縣長也慰勞攤商辛勞，感謝大家在年節期間堅守崗位，提供鄉親優質商品與服務，讓民眾安心採買、平安過年。未來縣府將持續優化市場環境並強化食品安全管理，營造更安全舒適的採購空間。
