金門縣消防局為提升同仁廉能意識，落實公務員守法精神，近日結合上半年消防人員常年訓練，舉辦「廉政法規」專題宣導講習，邀請縣府政風處專員吳冠瑩主講，以「公益揭弊者保護法」為主題，說明該法之意涵，使同仁了解只要秉持公義揭露違法或不當行為，均可獲得法律保護，並能有效提升機關內部的監督能量，建立公開透明的行政環境。

另為全面深化同仁廉政法治觀念與意識，消防局政風室主任曹玉坤亦就「公務員廉政倫理規範」、「公職人員利益衝突迴避法」及「反賄選」等主題進行說明。其中，「公務員廉政倫理規範」提醒同仁，日常業務往來應避免接受任何可能影響公正執行職務的餽贈、飲宴或其他利益，以防外界誤解或衍生弊端，維護消防人員專業中立的形象。「公職人員利益衝突迴避法」則聚焦於避免同仁在職務執行中涉及自身或親屬利益衝突的情境，遇有利益衝突情事者，應自行迴避，避免影響行政決策的公正性。此外，為因應本年度九合一選舉，特別加強反賄選宣導，提醒全體同仁若發現疑似賄選情事，應即時通報相關機關，以共同維護選舉之公平與公正，確保民主制度健全發展。本次宣導講習內容實用，課堂中穿插有獎徵答，有效帶動現場氣氛，使消防人員踴躍參與、反應熱絡，整體頗受好評，參與者均表示對日後業務執行助益良多。
