金門縣政府為廣納青年意見、促進青年公共參與，建立制度化的青年參與機制，讓青年聲音能實質進入政策決策歷程，於13日在縣府第一會議室召開首次「金門縣青年諮詢委員會」會議，由副縣長李文良主持並頒發委員聘書，正式宣告金門縣制度性青年參與公共政策平台全面啟動。

副縣長李文良致詞時表示，青年不只是地方的未來，更是推動社會永續發展的重要關鍵力量。青年諮詢委員會的成立是希望能聽到各青年委員的心聲，青年朋友的特質就是有想法、有創意且純真。他相信縣政的推動是需要青年朋友的熱情參與，也期望未來委員會能成為金門持續前進的重要動能，同時也希望透過制度化的青年參與管道，讓青年不只是受政策影響的一方，更是參與政策制定與資源分配的積極角色，是政府與青年面對面對話的橋梁。他強調：「青年要能走進政策核心，才能真正反映世代需求。」
