金門地區於日前晚間遭受強烈降雨襲擊，導致部分低窪路段瞬間積水。一名年邁長者騎乘四輪電動代步車行經金門縣政府前路段時，不幸因積水深重導致車輛故障，受困於車道中動彈不得。所幸金城分局員警執行任務途中及時發現，冒著大雨徒手推車，順利引導老翁脫離險境。

晚間 20 時 50 分許，金城派出所副所長黃啟成、員警楊書銘及警備隊員鍾楷博，於執行任務行經縣政府前民生路段時，發現一名老翁神色慌張地停留在右轉車道上。當時現場正值瞬間強降雨，路面嚴重積水，老翁所騎乘之四輪電動代步車疑似因機件受潮故障，受困於深水區中，隨時有被後方來車追撞之風險。
