「整潔金門‧永續島嶼」一直是金門縣政府主要的推動目標之一，也為保護金門最具魅力的海岸線，金門縣環境保護局攜手五鄉鎮同步於4月19日上午8日辦理115年度春季擴大淨灘活動。透過跨區域整合資源與人力，擴大清理量能，以實際行動落實海洋環境保護工作，讓潔淨海洋垃圾不再漂流，吹起友善地球的號角。

本次春季淨灘清理過程中，除常見之塑膠製品、保麗龍及生活垃圾外，亦發現還有來自大陸沿岸養殖業者的海飄漁網、塑膠浮桶等作業垃圾，顯示我們正面臨海洋廢棄物嚴峻考驗，做為治理海廢的前線，期許未來能有跨區域合作機制，本縣環境保護局進一步呼籲，民眾可自日常生活中落實減塑行動，如自備環保購物袋、環保餐具及減少使用一次性產品，從生活習慣改變做起，以具體行動減輕環境負擔。同時也鼓勵社區、學校及民間團體持續投入環境維護行列，形成全民參與之良好風氣。
