為提升在地身心障礙者與長期照顧服務對象之生活品質，金門縣輔具中心設於金門縣社福館，提供專業且多元的輔具服務。凡設籍金門縣並領有身心障礙證明者、符合長期照顧服務對象且有輔具需求者，或經評估確有需要之民眾皆可申請，並以身心障礙者為優先服務對象，確保資源妥善運用。
中心提供輔具諮詢、評估、訓練、適配及維修等服務，同時辦理二手輔具回收與短期借用，並協助弱勢家庭進行輔具媒合，減輕經濟負擔；另透過宣導與體驗活動，增進民眾對輔具的認識，共同營造友善共融的生活環境。
