金門縣消防局在內政部辦理的「114年替代役備役各類演訓召集」評核中，獲內政部肯定，評定為防災救護組訓練丙組優等。替代役備役演訓召集是為強化國土全民防衛韌性，使替代役備役役男具備緊急救護、防空避難、治安維護及交通管制等支援各民防團隊相關專業技能，以利國家需要時召集備役役男支援救災、醫療救護及治安維護，藉由強化備役役男民防訓練，以確保社會持續平穩運作。

自內政部113年首次辦理「替代役備役各類演訓召集」以來，金門縣消防局均配合內政部政策辦理相關訓練，114年度亦積極辦理此項訓練。消防局負責課程、規劃師資、備役選員與場地整備等事項，各鄉鎮公所負責印製、寄發召集令，分工明確並確實完成任務。金門縣消防局114年度完成2場次、58人次演訓召集，並由副局長陳國瑋、秘書陳參奇親自授課，獲內政部肯定，評定成績為優等。
