縣府為加強為民服務、傾聽民瘼，將於115年1月26日（星期一）下午3時至4時30分於縣府大禮堂舉行「縣長與鄉親有約」活動，由縣長陳福海帶領縣府團隊聽取鄉親建言、受理陳情等，縣府秉持「從傾聽民意開始，讓政策更周全、服務更到位。」的施政態度，積極聆聽鄉親的意見和建議，政府以最謙卑的態度面對問題，以最務實的方式解決問題，藉由每月縣府團隊與民眾的雙向溝通，提升行政效能與服務品質。

按縣府規劃，活動當日派駐工作人員接待鄉親，自下午3時受理登記至4時止，鄉親填具服務摘要後，依報到時間發給號碼牌，於初步了解案由後，依案件性質，引導陳情人至權責局(處)，由各該局(處)主管親自向陳情人解說，鄉親所提需求或需縣府協助處理之案件，將製成紀錄，現場除初步回應外，會後將由各業管單位，以公文書正式函復陳情人。另為減少民眾排隊等待時間，亦可事前於「金門縣政府民政處-業務專區-縣長與鄉親有約-服務摘要表件」下載使用。
