金門縣政府為守護本地珍稀原生淡水魚資源，今（17）日於擎天水庫舉辦「大鱗梅氏鯿野放活動」，由縣府產業發展處農林科科長李姿維主持，聯合再生魚坊、金門高農、金門守備大隊、自來水廠及國家公園等單位，共同釋放800尾健康魚苗，包括大鱗梅氏鯿、高體鰟鮍、鯽魚與鯉魚，展現政府推動生物多樣性保育與原生物種復育的決心。
大鱗梅氏鯿為台灣珍稀的三級保育類淡水魚，自1920年代以來已在台灣本島消失，目前僅在金門仍存有自然族群，分布極為有限，保育工作刻不容緩。此次野放地點「擎天水庫」位於斗門溪上游軍管區內，水域天然穩定，干擾少，極適合作為原生魚類的保種與復育基地。再生魚坊團隊指出，該地環境條件有助於建立健康穩定的原生族群，強化金門淡水魚生態系統。
縣府自2021年起，在農業部林業及自然保育署支持下，推動「金門原生淡水魚保種計畫」，針對大鱗梅氏鯿進行族群調查與人工繁殖。至2025年9月底，復育成果已初顯成效，太武池與龍陵湖分別監測到約2.8萬與1.5萬尾族群。此次野放為金門原生魚保育工作再添新據點，也為未來台灣已滅絕物種之復育工作提供寶貴經驗。縣府強調，將持續透過公私協力與跨機關合作，推動長期棲地管理與魚群監測，確保原生物種永續繁衍，守護金門珍貴的生態資產。
