金門縣社會處綜合志工隊志工田麗莉及安岐社區發展協會志工陳蓮、瓊林村社區發展協會志工劉秀華。他們在金門投入志願服務超過20年，服務時數超過8,000小時，榮獲「全國志願服務獎勵金牌獎」殊榮，該獎項將於11月28日在臺北市大直典華幸福大樓舉行「114年全國績優志工表揚典禮」頒賀，縣長陳福海特別致贈程儀壯行，肯定志工們服務熱忱及貢獻，並感謝其為金門縣志願服務工作的付出。
