備受各界期待的「金門港旅運中心」於2月3日正式啟動試營運，展現智慧與便捷的國門形象。為提升場站的文化底蘊與國際視野，港務處力邀享譽國際的台灣雕塑大師康木祥藝術團隊，無償借展「無限智」及「迴生」兩件大型藝術巨作，展期為期兩年。港務處特別感謝康木祥老師及其藝術團隊的全力支持，無償提供曾巡迴紐約時尚特區、德國柏林波茨坦廣場等地藝術作品。當作品矗立在金門新落成的港口門戶，不僅象徵著鋼鐵意志的重生與生命循環，更標誌著「金門港旅運中心」在軟硬體建設上的全面進化，成為連接兩岸美學與交通的新地標。

港務處表示，此次引進康木祥老師的作品，深具島嶼與歷史對話的意涵。金門自古便是連結兩岸與世界的重要門戶，無論是商旅往返、軍事歷史，或離鄉與返家的島嶼故事，都在此匯聚成獨特而深厚的文化底蘊。新落成的港口旅運中心，讓康木祥老師的作品在此佇立，以最温柔的姿態，向每一位蒞臨金門的旅人伸出問候，更是金門向世界伸出的溫柔邀請——邀請人們停下腳步、回望自身，重新感受「來處」與「去向」之間，那永恆流動的生命之意，在兩岸交流的關鍵樞紐點上，展現出別具深意的港口代表意義。
