為迎接馬年新春，金門縣金寧鄉公所結合行政轄區景觀與洽公機關空間，規劃一系列新春燈光與節慶布置，透過整體性設計手法，營造浪漫、喜氣且溫暖年節氛圍，讓民眾在洽公、散步或休憩過程中，皆能感受金寧鄉友善宜人公共空間特色。

古寧頭雙鯉湖畔夜間景觀則展現不同層次情感風貌，北山步道設置愛心拱門增添浪漫氛圍，及由社區發展協會規劃運用回收高粱酒瓶打造的戰車造型燈飾〈星光守護者〉，融合金門戰地記憶與永續精神。
