金門縣房屋稅將於每年5月1日至5月31日開徵，課稅期間為前一年7月1日至當年6月30日，提醒民眾依期限完成繳納。金門縣政府表示，房屋稅納稅義務人以每年2月底登記之房屋所有權人為準，請民眾留意自身權益，避免逾期產生滯納金。
縣府指出，房屋稅繳納方式相當多元，除可至金融機構臨櫃辦理外，也可透過ATM轉帳、信用卡、網路繳稅服務或行動支付掃描QR-Code完成繳納；稅額3萬元以下者，亦可至四大便利商店繳納。此外，民眾也可事先申請約定帳戶自動扣繳，節省時間。若未收到稅單，可透過自然人憑證、健保卡或工商憑證登入線上系統查詢及補發。另符合單一自住且房屋現值在77萬6,900元以下者，適用1%優惠稅率，建議民眾多加利用相關減稅措施。
