為表揚誠信經營並積極推動電子發票的優良企業，財政部北區國稅局金門稽徵所主任謝月雲日前代表財政部部長，親赴金門頒發「114年度績優營業人」獎牌予金坊國際股份有限公司與存德中藥房兩家績優業者，肯定其在誠信報稅與支持政府稅務政策上的卓越表現。同時，北區國稅局也特別贈送由臺華窯設計的「玉堂春富貴」雕金瓷瓶，以表彰兩家公司對厚植國家財政的貢獻與支持。
金門稽徵所表示，績優營業人除誠實開立統一發票、依法申報納稅外，更積極配合政府推行電子發票政策，善盡企業社會責任，落實節能減碳目標。此舉不僅提升企業經營效率，也促進經濟、社會與環境的三重永續發展，足為其他業者表率。
據財政部北區國稅局統計，本年度共自轄區內逾60萬家營業人中，嚴選出133家績優營業人，獲獎比例僅為萬分之2.2，競爭激烈。金門地區僅有兩家業者獲獎，實屬難得。獲獎營業人於三年內可享多項稅務獎勵待遇，包括：由專人提供法令諮詢與協助、主動通報法規修正資訊、優先參與稅務宣導活動、以及在無重大違規情況下免列查核對象等，實質提升企業行政效率與營運穩定性。
金門稽徵所最後強調，企業誠信納稅是國家財政穩健與社會永續發展的基石。期盼更多業者加入雲端發票與ESG永續發展行列，攜手政府打造稅制共好環境，持續為金門與台灣的經濟發展注入強勁動能。
