由金門縣文化局委託國立臺灣師範大學規劃執行，並由金門縣文化園區管理所與烈嶼鄉文化館協辦的「近用平權－僑鄉文化敘事及人才培育」活動，於 11 月 17 日上午在烈嶼鄉文化館溫馨舉行，吸引逾 50 名鄉親熱烈參與。活動以僑鄉文化為核心，同步發表《高山仰止．典型夙昔：丕顯天猛公拿督林德甫的非凡人生》紀念專書，呈現金門人在全球遷移脈絡中的歷史記憶與文化價值。林德甫先生自幼家境清寒，17 歲遠赴汶萊以毅力打拚，創立「美成公司」與「林德甫控股公司」，事業跨足汶萊、香港與臺灣；並長年投入宗祠整建、寺廟修繕、教育獎助及僑社服務，為華人社會重要領袖，其精神深深影響烈嶼與金門。
活動現場由金門縣副縣長李文良、烈嶼鄉長洪若珊及縣議員洪成發出席致意，皆肯定林德甫先生展現了金門人走向世界的堅毅精神與胸襟，亦強調其對烈嶼鄉親長期關懷的深厚情誼。江柏煒教授在導讀中回顧三十多年前於烈嶼田調時，當地廟宇與學校的重建碑記上處處可見林德甫的捐資紀錄；二十多年前赴汶萊研究華人社會，更見其在教育、中華商會及福建會館的深遠貢獻。他指出，在母親陳貝娘及夫人拿汀洪梅治支持下，林家後代於各領域均展現才華，延續家族精神與影響力。
活動最溫暖的一幕，是林德甫後人十餘位自汶萊、新加坡、香港等地返鄉參與，新書發表被視為家族與家鄉共同珍藏的重要記憶。家屬代表林玉美分享，父親長年旅居海外卻始終心繫烈嶼，並以身教提醒子女「做人不能忘本」；林明傑亦談到其家國情懷與精神傳承。烈嶼鄉文化館作為保存僑鄉記憶的重要場域，本次以汶萊僑鄉文化連結烈嶼原鄉文化，展現文化館作為地方敘事平台的價值。臺師大團隊表示，「近用平權」旨在促進各族群平等享有文化近用權，並期待更多鄉親投入文化館與博物館的參與與發展，共同推動地方敘事與文化人才的深化傳承。
