為推廣金門多元旅遊魅力，金門縣政府將於2月27日在莒光樓舉辦「水獺阿特快閃：島嶼探險之旅」首場主題活動日「阿特島嶼探險日」，正式啟動五鄉鎮接力輪展。活動以金門特有歐亞水獺為靈感，打造觀光代言角色「阿特」，由日本藝術家Akane結合五鄉鎮特色設計十款造型，透過輪展展示、互動體驗與集章任務，邀請鄉親與旅客跟著阿特走訪金門，深入感受在地文化與生態風貌。
金門縣政府觀光處表示，本系列活動自2月27日至8月9日止，採「輪展＋主題活動日＋週末集章」方式辦理，讓不同時間到訪的旅客都能遇見不同造型的阿特。主題活動日規劃集章抽獎、拍照打卡、親子遊戲與DIY體驗，並結合在地店家推出消費任務，完成指定條件即可兌換限量「水獺阿特盲盒公仔」，帶動地方商機。
輪展場次依序為：2/27–3/29於莒光樓；3/31–4/29於和平紀念園區；5/1–5/31於雙口海濱公園；6/6–7/5於金沙戲院；7/11–8/9於新市公園。此外，228連假期間亦將於金湖新市公園舉辦島嶼生活節，並於莒光公園辦理元宵主燈點燈儀式，活動接力登場，歡迎遊客共襄盛舉。
