金門縣政府自115年春節起，正式將「歷經戰地政務時期55歲至64歲慰助酒品」轉型為發放每人總額12,000元的「感恩券」，並訂於1月30日開始發放，2月2日正式開放店家核銷，凡設籍於金門縣營業中具有統一編號之營業人，可於上班時間至本縣各戶政事務所辦理核銷。
確保兌付過程順暢無礙，縣府也提供縣籍商家感恩券核銷兌領指南：
1.核銷時間：115年2月2日起至116年1月31日止(遇假日順延)。
2.核銷資格：設籍金門縣具統一編號之店家(每一營業人每月限兌領一次)
3.核銷金額限制：需開立統一發票者，以每月核銷金額新臺幣200萬元為上限，計畫期間上限2200萬元，得一次申請核銷；免開立而以普通收據申請核銷者，以每月核銷金額15萬元為上限。

4.應備文件：
(1)已蓋妥營利事業印章或統一發票章的感恩券。
(2)營業人大小章或統一發票章及負責人私章。
(3)收款帳戶存摺影本(戶名應與公示資料表上之名稱相符，非土地銀行帳戶者將內扣手續費) 。
(4)稅籍或工商登記公示資料表等證明文件。
5.加速兌領秘訣：
(1)店家提前至核銷系統進行店家基本資料登錄
(2)感恩券100、500及1000元面額分開整理，正反一致，100張一捆。
(3)兌領前詳閱「金門縣歷經戰地政務時期五十五歲至六十四歲感恩券核銷作業須知」。
