為鼓勵縣內餐飲業者落實食品衛生自主管理，並符合「食品良好衛生規範（GHP）準則」，金門縣衛生局持續辦理「115年餐飲衛生管理分級評核」，即日起至115年5月20日止受理報名，歡迎符合資格的餐飲業者踴躍參加。
本次評核對象為本縣已完成食品業者登錄並具稅籍、商業或公司登記之餐飲業者，包含早餐店、宴席餐廳、一般餐廳、西餐業、火鍋業、烘焙業、飲料店、自助餐及熟食便當等。評核將由衛生局進行實地查核，項目涵蓋從業人員衛生、餐食作業流程、場所設備衛生及食材管理等。通過評核者將依成績分為「優級」與「良級」，並頒發餐飲衛生管理分級標章（有效期限2年），相關名單亦將公布於衛生福利部食品藥物管理署、金門縣政府及衛生局網站，供民眾選擇衛生優良店家安心消費。
衛生局表示，相關報名資料可至衛生局網站下載，或至衛生局索取紙本資料，填妥「餐飲衛生管理分級評核基本資料表」並檢附相關文件後，郵寄或送至金門縣衛生局藥物食品檢驗科（金湖鎮復興路1-12號）。如有疑問可洽詢電話082-330697分機313葉小姐或311陳小姐，信封請註明「報名餐飲衛生管理分級評核」。
