近日受強烈冷氣團襲台影響，各地氣溫變動劇烈，金門縣衛生局提醒鄉親，低溫環境下除了加強保暖，更應嚴防流感病毒侵襲。根據衛生福利部疾病管制署監測預估，流感疫情將於一月下旬正式進入流行期，並在農曆春節前後達到最高峰。由於疫苗接種後需約一至兩週方能產生足夠的免疫反應，衛生局強烈呼籲符合公費接種資格的鄉親，應把握春節前的黃金時間儘速完成接種，以確保在疫情高峰前具備最佳保護力，守護自身健康並避免在假期聚會中將病毒帶給家人。
防範流感！公費長者高劑量疫苗開打
1月20日起一併擴大公費流感抗病毒藥劑用藥對象(衛生局提供)
針對近期呼吸道症狀頻傳，疾管署為因應此波疫情，已宣布自一月二十日起擴大公費流感抗病毒藥劑的用藥條件，將具類流感症狀的高傳播族群納入給藥對象(如附圖)。若鄉親有出現發燒、咳嗽、流鼻涕或喉嚨痛等症狀，應儘速就醫並在家充分休息，與他人接觸時請務必配戴口罩，並減少接觸脆弱族群。若經醫師診斷符合公費資格，可由本縣合約院所開立公費抗病毒藥劑。提供藥劑服務的院所包括：五鄉鎮衛生所、金門醫院，以及佑城診所、吾家診所、傅仰賢診所、禾心診所、三大診所、陳水湖診所。
