因應金門地區民生用電需求成長及地方經濟建設發展，台電公司積極推動「金門塔山電廠新設第11、12號機發電計畫」。台電今（22）日於金城鎮公所七樓展演廳，舉辦環境影響說明書公開會議，由台電公司副總經理鄭慶鴻主持，向在地民眾說明計畫內容，並聆聽各界意見。

台電表示，該計畫將於塔山電廠現有第9、第10號機組南側空地，新設兩部燃油引擎機組及相關附屬設施，總裝置容量為2.6萬瓩以下，未來可有效提升金門電力系統供應能力，確保供電穩定，滿足民生及產業發展需求。
