台灣電力公司塔山發電廠於1月14日舉行廠長交接儀式，由台電總管理處副總經理孫禹華主持監交。在金門各界民意代表與地方賢達的共同見證下，新任廠長陳啟賢由卸任廠長李枝榮手中接過印信，象徵開啟金門供電韌性與永續經營的新篇章。

本次交接典禮貴賓雲集，包含金門縣政府參議李廣榮、行政院金馬聯合服務中心執行長吳增允、立法委員陳玉珍辦公室主任林孫全、金門縣議員蔡其雍、金城鎮長李誠智、金城鎮代表會主席郭永隆、金湖警分局分局長王貞惠、金門家扶中心主委許燕輝、金門家扶中心主任洪依帆、烈嶼鄉民代表林宜蘭、金水里長黃延良、賢庵里長顏士強以及后園社區發展協會理事長蕭國威、金門區處副處長魏小傑、除役選址溝通中心金門溝通小組督導童才源與工會各分會代表等均到場觀禮，場面莊嚴隆重。
