縣府於27日縣務會議中舉行「114年度績優員工及團體表揚」活動，由縣長陳福海親自頒獎，肯定本年度在各領域表現卓越的公務同仁與單位。今年共有3名個人及1件團體獲獎，展現縣府在公共服務、行政革新與民眾福祉方面的持續努力。
縣長表示，縣府每年均透過嚴謹的甄選程序，邀集府內外專家學者及公正人士組成審查小組，經初審與複審後選出最具代表性的績優人員。此次當選者在眾多候選中脫穎而出，實屬不易，也充分展現縣府團隊的專業與責任。
■ 績優個人
一、消防局隊員徐書偉
徐書偉致力優化119報案系統「線上指導心肺復甦術（DACPR）」流程，並積極導入視訊技術輔助急救指導，以原有勤務資源推動流程革新，顯著提升到院前心跳停止（OHCA）患者的存活機率。
二、城鄉發展處約僱人員許志蘭
為落實居住正義，許志蘭除推動租金補貼、購屋及修繕貸款利息補貼外，也配合中央與地方需求規劃社會住宅興建，同時研議比照戰地政務時期國宅方式釋出公有土地，協助青年自建安居住宅，以多元方式滿足地方居住需求。
三、衛生局約聘照管督導陳力全
長期投入長照工作，處理複雜個案並提升整體服務品質。推動多項創新專案，包括「週末長照諮詢班」、建置「照顧服務類實地輔導訪視」機制，以及推動「樂活學堂」等，深獲民眾正面回饋。
■ 行政革新獎（團體）
消防局「金消e站通—救災資訊整合暨查詢系統」
該系統將救災資訊整合至手機應用程式中，使消防人員可透過手機即時取得所需資訊，無須再查找電腦或紙本資料，也免去記住多組帳號密碼，大幅縮短資訊蒐集時間，提升第一線救災效率。
縣長陳福海向所有獲獎人員與團隊表達肯定，強調他們不僅是縣府的典範，更是推動縣政進步的重要力量。他期勉全體同仁見賢思齊、持續精進，共同為縣政建設貢獻心力。
