為持續推動輔具服務品質與效能，金門縣政府於本（114）年12月12日下午3時，假縣府第二會議室召開「114年度第2次輔具工作聯繫會議」，由社會處處長王茲繐主持。會中邀集金門醫院、金門縣衛生局、榮民服務處、各鄉鎮公所及相關民間團體等網絡單位共同與會，說明今年度本縣輔具服務推動成果，並就強化資源整合與網絡合作進行討論，期提供鄉親更即時、適切的輔具服務。
社會處表示，縣府高度重視身心障礙鄉親的服務需求，截至114年9月底，本縣身心障礙設籍人口數為6,246人，約占全縣人口4%。為提升服務可近性，目前已設置1處輔具中心，並於金城、金湖、金沙、金寧及烈嶼等5處設立輔具服務據點，有效提升輔具申請與使用的便利性。縣府每年定期召開2次輔具工作聯繫會議，除進行業務交流外，也持續與各網絡單位研商精進服務策略，透過跨社政、醫療、衛政、教育及第一線服務單位的合作，並配合中央政策推動多元服務方案，期讓本縣鄉親感受到更完善、更有感的輔具服務。
