115年春節臺金航線管制期間自115年2月13日（星期五）至2月23日（星期一）止。為協助鄉親順利返鄉過年，縣府於115年春節正班機及第一波加班機、第二波加班機開放訂位當日，結合本縣五個鄉鎮公所同步開設服務櫃台，協助不諳網路訂位或無法上網訂位鄉親訂位。
觀光處表示，統計兩階段訂位服務，縣府及各鄉鎮公所服務櫃檯共協助鄉親144人次，完成有效訂票327張(觀光處提供)
觀光處表示，統計兩階段訂位服務，縣府及各鄉鎮公所服務櫃檯共協助鄉親144人次，完成有效訂票327張，惟因短時間大量電話及訂位需求同時湧入航空公司系統，仍難免造成網路及電話壅塞情形。縣府提醒有需求的鄉親，如欲搭乘航班已額滿，亦可透過電話或官網進行候補，航空公司將持續進行清票作業，倘有清出機位，將優先通知候補旅客購票，請鄉親特別注意！
另為掌握尚未訂妥機位之實際需求，縣府於第二波加班機訂位結束後，隨即啟動「未訂妥機位鄉親人數調查」。後續如彙整需求達一定數量，將據以持續協調交通部民用航空局及航空公司辦理第三波加班機，以爭取更多運能，期能協助更多鄉親順利返鄉團圓。
