金門縣消防局召開「114 年度醫療指導醫師會議」，由副局長陳國瑋主持，並由馬偕紀念醫院張國頌醫師、部立金門醫院吳秉樺醫師與許弘璟醫師擔任主要醫療指導團隊，共同檢視本縣高級救護技術員預立醫療流程的更新與強化方向。會中針對現行多項流程進行修訂，包含心肺功能停止流程整併、導入雙重除顫技術（DSED）、新增胺碘酮（Amiodarone）及止血酸（Tranexamic Acid）等藥物使用指引，以及補強呼吸困難、創傷處置與疑似缺血性胸痛之流程，全面提升救護品質。
消防局表示，流程更新的目的，是讓救護人員在面對心跳停止、心律不整、急性胸痛、重大創傷、呼吸困難等重症時，能依照最新且最具實證的標準作業處置。(消防局提供)
| 消防局表示，流程更新的目的，是讓救護人員在面對心跳停止、心律不整、急性胸痛、重大創傷、呼吸困難等重症時，能依照最新且最具實證的標準作業處置。以 A1 心肺功能停止流程為例，此次正式納入雙重除顫（DSED）技術，讓頑固型心室顫動（VF）或無脈性心室頻脈（pVT）的患者，能有更高的除顫成功率。此外，在胸痛患者的判斷方面，會議強調應完成 12 導程心電圖並由醫師排除下壁心肌梗塞後，方可給予硝化甘油（NTG），並持續落實阿斯匹靈（Aspirin）給予以降低死亡風險。 |
