為減輕清明假期本縣旅臺鄉親返鄉經濟負擔，提供多元往返臺金管道，由縣府租賃客船辦理臺中-金門往返專船1航次，本專船規劃4月2日晚間23時由臺中港出發，4月6日上午11時由金門料羅港返航。截至3月27日，共計547人登記購票。依中央氣象局預報發布「三天漁業氣象預報單」顯示4月2日開航當日台灣海峽北部風浪5~8級以下，本清明航次將如期開航。
金門縣政府觀光處表示，本次專船自3月16日起開放訂位，截至3月27日止，4月2日臺中往金門登記297人，4月6日金門回台中登記250人，共計547人次搭乘。(觀光處提供)
