民國115年地方公職人員選舉倒數，國民黨金門縣長人選遲遲未出爐，國民黨副主席兼祕書長 李乾龍去年底赴金門時透露，「將按制度產生最強人選」。金門縣長陳福海與國民黨前金門縣長楊鎮浯曾是競爭對手，罕見在跨年晚會上同台倒數，「海牛合體」令人無限遐想，是否將正式合作，後續仍待觀察。

針對李乾龍的說法，黨內人士透露，感覺代表藍營出征下屆金門縣長的人選，內部還有得「喬」，畢竟早已表態角逐縣長寶座的陳玉珍在立法院的表現與為鄉親服務的態度，已獲得大批民眾讚賞；而傳出有意回鍋參選的前縣長楊鎮浯也有一定的支持者，誰能從黨內勝出代表參選，仍難預料。
