烈嶼鄉保生大帝廟於農曆正月初一至初三舉辦115年春節擲聖筊競賽，初一、初二為預賽，初三上午進行決賽，管委會提供頭獎轎車及機車、電視、電冰箱等60項豐富獎品。民眾可預購初賽卡享「買十送二」優惠，完成指定關卡即可取得決賽資格，現場也設有園遊會，吸引各地民眾攜家帶眷參與。
保生大帝廟是烈嶼鄉民的重要信仰中心，管委會多年推動春節擲筊送轎車活動，已成地方特色廟會。活動期間廟方也提供安奉太歲燈、光明燈及社會慰問服務，弘揚保生大帝濟世精神，讓民眾在歡慶新春之餘，感受濃厚的宗教文化與社區人情味。
