金門縣政府社會處於114年11月28日（星期五）下午在金獅影城舉辦「心所想望的『自立生活』」宣導座談會，共吸引長照與社政專業人員、社區式服務從業者、身心障礙者及一般民眾約85人參與，活動圓滿落幕，與會者皆表示收穫良多。
座談會由同儕支持員許乃義先生擔任主持人，他以自身生命經驗帶領討論，使現場氛圍更貼近障礙者觀點，也讓更多參與者理解自立生活背後的真實需求。
社會處王茲繐處長開場致詞表示，自立生活的核心並非要求障礙者凡事親力親為，而是在適當支持下擁有選擇權、決定權與生活參與的權利。縣府持續推動個人助理與同儕支持等服務，希望與各界攜手打造更友善、共融的社區環境。
本次特別邀請靜宜大學諮商暨健康中心社工師、臺中市視障天使協力車協會理事長、Podcast《心靈茶碗蒸》主持人鍾宛貞擔任講者。鍾老師以幽默且真摯的方式分享自身視障生活經驗，從接受支持服務到實踐自立的歷程，引發現場熱烈互動。許多參與者表示，更加理解自立生活的核心不是「能力」，而是「支持與選擇」。
活動亦安排電影賞析單元，透過影像呈現障礙者的生活處境，讓與會者從不同角度思考如何在社區中實現平等、尊重與自主。
社會處表示，自立生活是推動障礙者權益的重要基礎。此次活動希望促進專業人員與民眾重新看見支持系統的功能，並鼓勵障礙者善用服務、積極參與社會。縣府未來將持續推動自立生活相關倡議，結合社區與民間力量，共同營造更友善與包容的金門。
