下莊社區發展協會推動金湖鎮115年大旗艦子計畫「婦女支持互助站」，串聯山外、信義新村、武德新莊、塔后與新市等社區共同參與，打造結合支持、學習與陪伴的交流平台。計畫以促進身心健康與壓力調適為核心，規劃瑜珈伸展、正念呼吸、芳香療法及音樂療癒等多元課程，協助長期投入服務的志工在忙碌生活中找到平衡，培養自我照顧能力，進一步提升整體社區服務能量。
系列課程以音樂為主軸率先展開，由講師陳月蓮帶領志工透過歌唱與團體互動釋放壓力、凝聚情感。「唱出好心情」課程更組成臨時合唱團前往松柏園公益演出，將歡樂帶給長輩；「音樂放鬆與身心減壓」則結合色彩創作與懷舊旋律，引導情緒表達與記憶連結；後續「心聲合唱工作坊」持續深化彼此支持。協會表示，未來將持續整合資源，營造更友善且具關懷力的社區環境，讓志工在付出之餘也能被好好照顧。
