金門縣金寧鄉（3）日中午發生牛隻跌落水溝意外，一頭重達約600公斤的黑牛受困溝內無法脫困，民眾發現後立即通報消防單位到場協助，經多方嘗試救援，最終順利將牛隻救出，所幸未釀更大傷害。

據了解，事故地點位於金寧鄉沙崗通往安東一營區附近路段，該頭飼養約2年的安格斯黑牛不慎跌入防風林旁水溝，由於體型龐大，無法自行脫困。消防人員獲報後趕抵現場，立即展開救援行動，並嘗試以各種方式協助牛隻脫困，但因重量過重，救援過程一度受阻。
