金門地檢署表示，何男涉嫌施用毒品案，經地檢署指揮海巡署專案小組全力追查及軍方協助下，於查扣相關毒品證物後，4月1日晚間解送地檢署；經檢察官漏夜偵訊，認為何男涉嫌違反毒品危害防制條例的施用及持有毒品罪嫌重大，諭知5萬元交保候傳，併予限制出境、出海。
