115年勞動節連假自5月1日至5月3日共3天，交通部民用航空局規劃4月30日至5月4日為航空疏運期。臺灣往返金門的管制航線將於3月9日上午9時開放訂位，本次共提供404架次、34,412個座位。金門縣政府表示，已請民航局持續關注訂位情形，若需求增加將適時協調航空公司增班，以因應連假期間旅運需求。

交通部也宣布，本次連假起實施機票分級退票措施，起飛日前7天（含）以前退票費用不得超過票價10%，1至6日前不得超過20%，當日起飛前退票不得超過30%。另外，尖峰時段航班將加註「限當日當班次」及「逾期作廢」限制，提醒旅客提前訂位並留意航班與天候資訊。

金門縣金城鎮民生路為市區重要幹道，因車流量大與停車需求高，縣府自115年4月1日起對路邊專用停車格啟動收費管理，收費時間為每日9時至20時，依現場告示牌為準。停車格類別包括卸貨格4格、婦幼格2格、身心障礙格1格，收費方式依停放時間計算，並設最高上限。

為維持交通順暢，上午7:30-8:30、中午12:00-13:30及下午17:00-18:00禁止停車。觀光處提醒民眾依標線停放並遵守規定，違規將依《道路交通管理處罰條例》辦理，未來其他市區停車區域也將逐步納入收費管理，提升停車周轉率與交通秩序。

為推動安全蔬果栽培並提升田間管理品質，農試所公告受理115年度補助設置安全蔬果栽培網室設施申請，自115年3月5日至3月12日止開放登記，預計補助設置網室10棟（正取10棟、備取5棟）。本計畫設施分為「安全蔬菜網室」及「果樹防鳥網室」兩類，申請人僅能擇一類申請，每人最多申請2棟。補助金額以不超過總經費49％為原則，每棟最高補助新臺幣8萬5,000元。

申請資格為合法取得土地經營權之農民，若為非自有土地，須檢附地主同意書或租賃契約等相關文件。申請人需備妥土地權狀或相關證明、身分證影本及印章，於上班時間親至農試所填寫申請表辦理。農試所受理後將辦理現地勘查與評分，並依結果公告補助名單。

金門縣書法學會日前舉行第八屆理事長交接暨理監事頒證就職典禮，由第七屆理事長徐心富將印信移交給新任理事長吳宗陵，副縣長李文良頒發理事長證書並期許新團隊持續推廣書法教育與文化傳承，讓書法在金門深耕扎穩。典禮於上午10點30分舉行，縣府及金城鎮相關首長、學會理監事、會員與藝文界人士共襄盛舉。

新任理事長吳宗陵頒發理監事及行政人員證書，並表示將結合會員力量，推動會務發展、發揚書法藝術與教育。副縣長李文良轉達縣長陳福海肯定書法學會多年推廣書法及每年「新春揮 毫」活動，帶動地方書法風氣。吳宗陵曾任第五、六屆理事長，他強調理事長是「甜蜜的負擔」，未來將攜手會員共同努力弘揚中華書藝，並持續提升縣內書法教育與文化影響力。

日前金門下莊社區舉辦「張燈結綵慶元宵」活動，於下午4時至晚間7時30分熱鬧登場，吸引不少社區居民與親子一同參與，現場洋溢濃厚節慶氣氛。活動內容豐富多元，包括搓湯圓、煮麵線、包水餃等傳統料理體驗，讓民眾在動手參與的過程中感受元宵節團圓與分享的意義。

此外，現場也安排燈謎猜射活動，增添節慶趣味，民眾踴躍參與、笑聲不斷。活動壓軸則由恩主公出巡祈福，帶領社區居民一同祈求平安順遂，為元宵節增添傳統民俗色彩。社區表示，希望透過活動凝聚居民情感，並傳承地方文化，讓元宵佳節更加熱鬧溫馨。

金管處自 115年起將傷癒猛禽衛星追蹤納入鳥類救傷管理機制，使救傷工作由醫療照護延伸至科學監測。首波追蹤成果顯示，東方鵟具高度棲地忠誠性，短耳鴞則除農地外，亦利用花崗岩植被區作為隱蔽棲息環境，顯示金門多元地景對猛禽保育之重要，為猛禽保育工作再添重要里程碑。

相對於東方鵟，短耳鴞則展現出廣泛的移動性，足跡橫跨金沙鎮與金湖鎮，北起官澳、南至南石滬公園。特別的是，過去紀錄多認為短耳鴞偏好農田草叢，但本次監測發現，該個體日間多選擇於花崗石醫院上方的花崗岩盤植被區棲息，打破了過往對短耳鴞棲地選擇的單一印象。

2026年3月5日（農曆正月十七）上午，一貫道發一崇德臺北道場金門區於金門縣金湖鎮正義里尚義45之1號（尚義社區活動中心與關帝廟附近）基地，隆重舉行「金門崇慧講堂奠基暨動工典禮」。財團法人崇德文化教育基金會暨負責群、臺北道場代表群率眾遵循古禮，點燭獻供、禮敬福德正神，祈求工程平安順利、風調雨順。

崇慧講堂總佔地面積逾1600多平方公尺，外觀承襲傳統道場莊嚴氣韻，內部融入現代節能環保理念，設主講堂、多功能教室，適合心靈講座、讀書會、親子青年課程。工程預計約1年半完工，經費由信眾與各界善款成就，早年崇德前輩開荒奠基，如今終成慧命永續新起點。典禮尾聲，全場大合唱《崇德大躍進》，展現向心力與弘法願景，於上午11時鳴炮圓滿。

行政院打擊詐欺指揮中心於4日召開「中央與地方聯合打詐協調聯繫會議」，本府秘書長張瑞心率縣警局局長黃壬聰等人代表出席。會中分享本縣114年度打詐成果，數據顯示在科技偵查與警銀協作下，詐欺案件數與財損金額均顯著下降，阻詐效能大幅提升，深獲中央肯定。

報告中指出，114年度打詐工作取得實質突破。受理詐欺案件共316件，較前一年減少80件（降幅20%）；民眾財損金額約新臺幣（以下同）1億306萬元，更較前年銳減5,534萬元，降幅高達35%。統計顯示，本縣每10萬人口的發生數與財損均遠低於全國平均，治安狀況相對平穩。

金城鎮公所公告，「東門公有零售市場」釋出2個攤位招商，即日起受理申請至3月9日止。此次開放攤位包括編號M05畜（禽）肉類攤位及編號M08蔬果、百貨或雜貨類攤位，申請人須年滿20歲，且二等親或同戶籍者僅能申請一個攤位。申請案件經資格審查後，將以公開抽籤方式決定進駐攤位。

金城鎮公所表示，市場基於消防及公共安全考量，攤商禁止使用明火，並須加入市場自治會及繳交會費。申請書可向鎮公所觀光課或市場管理室索取，並於期限內提出申請。錄取攤商須繳交履約保證金，預計115年4月1日起正式營運至12月31日。
